Brookdale

This facility is very clean, smells good when you walk in, which makes such a difference! The staff are very quick to offer assistance and seemed to be very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

My dad was in the hospital and rehab for about 4 weeks over the summer. During that time, many staff members cared for his cat, going in to feed her or just visit. That was peace of mind! The staff there are friendly and always greet all of us. They always pop into Dad’s room before meals to make sure he’s going to the dining room. He can have a tray in his room if he prefers.

I was impressed by the caring attitude and patience of the staff. They not only cared about their residents but the residents' families as well. The staff met each resident where they were in their journey with dementia. There were three meals a day plus snacks. My loved one was eating foods that they had refused to eat for most of their life! Everyone ate together in the dining room. When my brother and his wife visited, they ate with our loved one on the patio. My sister and I usually visited once a week. We talked with our loved one's care giver who was wonderful and [name removed], the unit supervisor. They were available for phone calls and called me when needed

I like the Christmas tree. Everything is cheery.

[Name removed] was absolutely my life saving angel in getting my loved one into the community, and settled, after our original place fell through, I cannot believe the wonderful reception.

People are nice. Staff helped me and my daughter when I fell. They came and picked me up and made sure my daughter was not alone.

Facility is very accessible and easy to get around. Staff is very accessible to guests. Staff is very receptive. Facility is in a nice setting. The facility is very cleaned and organized. Staff responds to any questions or comments quickly

I have taken multiple tours of Brookdale Eagan and have met many Staff and patients. All of my questions were answered professionally as well as compassionately. The Brookdale Community welcomed me and my Dad with open arms and walked me through everything I needed for my Dad to join the community. I am grateful for how dedicated they were in making this process, which has been a struggle for me, as informed and easy as they could. My Dad will be joining Brookdale Eagan.

Very pleased with the tour. Campus is lovely, clean and provides a lot of activities and services. Very friendly environment and welcoming. A good sense of home feel. Liked the small community atmosphere.

I was so impressed with this facility, it was always clean and just an overall great place. They are wonderful. The staff really went out of their way for my loved one and for all of the residents here. Every one of them were so nice and helpful. The dining area was set up nice and they really tried to seat the residents so that they could interact and mingle/get to know each other. They had a good variety of activities and outings. They truly cared about what the residents liked and wanted and were always open to suggestions. The one thing I was really impressed with here was just the sincerity and kindness of the staff for and towards all of the residents. They respected the residents very much and treated them very well. They constantly went out of their way for them in so many ways. For example, my loved one was having trouble seeing the clock in her room because it was small. A staff member went shopping and purchased a bigger clock for her and hung it in her room. Above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends, I would live here if I could!

Good, I am really happy here. Food is good, wait time can be a little long but the staff is great and my friends and the community are great. The care staff always around to help me when I need something.

We had our mom at Brookdale Folsom for the past year. We’ve had a wonderful experience the staff there are kind and caring. Management is responsive and knowledgeable. The building was recently remodeled and is always kept clean Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for somewhere for a loved one.

My loved one is extremely happy. The outside of the community is decorated nicely, and the hallways smell clean. They do the laundry, every other week, and my loved one seems to love it. They are very friendly, and they are always helpful. They have a lot of activities, such as exercises and puzzles. It's very affordable, at the moment.

Brookdale Goodlettsville has been a night and day experience for our family. The staff and the care our loved one receives is exceptional - this communities strongest asset is their friendliness and the genuine care and concern they show for their residents. Even when our loved one would have to go to the hospital they would check in on him. Unfortunately due to his level of care we had to move him but they have still checked in with our family. The meals are great and he was encouraged to eat in the dining room - the staff would introduce him to other residents and engage in conversation with him. They were truly amazing.

I’ve been at Brookdale for a few months now and have absolutely loved it! I have felt like part of a family. There are so many fun activities to do and I’ve made many great friends! I would highly recommend!!

Brookdale has been a Godsend for my loved one and our family. She is getting the care, love and support that she needs. The staff and community are wonderful.

We were there to visit my uncle and it was such an active lovely place. So much going on. A choir came to sing for everyone! Social hour was fun! They even watched a movie in the theater! Upstairs in the evenings, they have games going on! We’re so thrilled to see our uncle so happy!

Everyone that we saw on our visit was so happy! Residents and staff were so nice. We are planning to move mom there in a few months from California. I think she will really like it and fit in just fine.

It was very nice to be able to get together with my grandmother and family for the holidays since she really does not travel well. This place and the people here have been a Godsend and my grandmother is so happy and at peace here.

The community's staff are very caring, helpful and are on top of things. It was recommended, by A Place for Mom as having little turnover and great staff.
