Brookdale

What I can tell you is that if you are looking for a Community, you will find no better place to live than Brookdale Panama City. Everyone is very nice and they take great care of everyone. I really wanted to be here.

This was a nice community. The location was further from family than we wanted.

Brookdale Olympia West is a fantastic facility. Unfortunately for us the location was too far away and it was too expensive. I was very impressed by the staff. They followed up with me several times - and it was not to get him to try and go to Brookdale, but it was because they truly cared that we found a facility that was a good fit for my loved one.

Brookdale Uptown Whittier is a great place, I actually liked it the most. It is in a great location next to restaurants and shopping. The downfall for us was that it is a much larger facility than the one in Central Whittier. The rooms were far away from the dining room. My loved one uses a walker and I just thought it would be harder to get around.

Our family had an in person tour and it was not a good fit for us. Our Mom needed more care than they could offer at the time. Their memory care unit was very small. They were geared more for assisted living. I'd give them a 5 if you only need assistance living it's a very nice facility. Their memory care unit maybe a 3. You are restricted to the back of the facility only. I felt closed in. Didn't have access to the larger dining area or TV areas. Plus the outside are for the memory care was also very small. I understand they have a total memory care facility at their sister unit but I didn't tour that facility.

Generally everything at Brookdale Sandy Springs has been great, everything from the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff stood out to us right away. The reason we gave the meals 4 out 5 stars, is something the quality of the meals and selection can be a hit or miss, but overall it is good and we have no concerns. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend Brookdale Sandy Springs to other families.

I would recommend Brookdale Belle Meade. It's a comfortable and caring place. My mom feels content there. The caretakers are dedicated and hard-working. Our family feels unburdened, so visits are easy and focused on enjoying time with her as opposed to worrying about her care.

Brookdale in Harrisonburg, VA made the transition from living at home to living in an assisted living home worry free. The staff is A++ My sister and I were very hesitant about placing mom in any home. We checked in a few but when we toured Brookdale we knew we had found a home for mom.

My sister has numerous and unique debilitations. The management and caregiving staff at Brookdale Heights have been very sensitive to her needs. My sister feels safe and well cared for. I feel so grateful that the staff is very open to communicating with me and tweaking their care plan as they get to know her to provide the best care possible.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has commented that they are pleased with the care they receive, the residents are nice, and the food is good. My loved one has settled in nicely in to the community. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose. They have snacks available as well. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they even do care meetings to keep the family updated on our loved one even do re-evaluations. There is a monthly calendar of activities that are planned. These activities are varied to keep the residents interested. There are pictures and comments sent to the families of the residents weekly by the Executive Director.

The laundry girls are exceptional. Very clean, the girls are very nice.

Everything is excellent. I've done a lot of traveling all over the world. This place is excellent. I'm very happy with Brookdale. I really enjoy the entertainment.

Food is great. The staff are wonderful. The activities and exercises are fun.

I really enjoy the social activities and other residents. Everyone here is so compassionate and really care for one another.

The food is very good. The girls are nice to me, but I miss my kids.

It was a great tour. It was very helpful to find out about all the different skill levels available. Very friendly and knowledgeable tour.

Excellent- amazing staff, beautiful room, great food. Lovely. Highly recommend.
