Brookdale

We chose Brookdale Manlius because we didn't want our family member to have to go to a "regular" assisted living facility/SNF. This facility could provide the care he needed with a higher level of care! The staff does everything they can to make the residents comfortable. They are very friendly and caring!

I am very thankful to have found such a caring place with people who treat the residents like family. I was so worried when searching for a place for my loved one, but I now feel confident they are in good hands and even more engaged than they were living at home. I did not think they would join in the activities but they have!

I would highly recommend Brookdale for anyone seeking Memory Care for a loved one. My family's experience was probably a bit unique because my Dad was not there very long. His health declined unexpectedly and rapidly shortly after he moved in. However, the staff was wonderful. They were very proactive about making my Dad feel welcome and coming up with activities that he might enjoy. They genuinely seemed to care about how he was doing and about him as a person. Then, when it became apparent that his health was declining faster than anyone had expected, the nurses helped our family to navigate the difficult process of helping him at the end of his life. We felt their love and caring for my Dad and for us and it gave us peace of mind even as we were all grieving. I really can't fully express how much having them on our team helped my family.

We have a long-term patient here at Brookdale Murrieta. I have been very impressed with the level of attention she has been receiving as her daily assistance has increased drastically. She has been receiving a very personal touch.

The staff is very friendly to family and guests and greets all residents by first name when passing in the halls. Staff is quick to notice if a resident needs assistance and stays with the resident until issue is resolved or more help arrives. We are pleased with housekeeping in the room and facility. Communication with the family has been very good: questions answered quickly by text, email, phone , requests honored promptly. The meals are good quality, variety, pleasing to the eye and taste. Also good options in case a meal served is just not to resident's liking. We really are very happy so far and so is mom. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale East Tucson to family and friends, without reservation!

The staff was fantastic and more loving than I could ever have hoped for. When it comes to the activities they had puzzles and the sort but my wife wasn't able to participate. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Brookdale Monroe to other families.

Based on my experience, they were 5's across the board. I found the staff to be very proactive in trying to get my very shy and reclusive mother to interact with other residents and participate in activities. For one person, the room sizes are big enough because she can't move around that easily.

All went very well till the ladies moved in. The care continued to be very good. There appeared to be a drop in sharing of ladies as far as how they were/are getting along. Overall I have been pleased with the staff and care.

I really am pleased with Brookdale. The staff are so easy to talk to and work with. They do everything they can to make my Dad happy, which I especially appreciate since he was having a hard time with such a big change initially. They certainly do keep him safe. It's such a relief to know that he is being cared for in a way my sisters and I couldn't.

The staff at Brookdale Norman are a caring and friendly team. They know my mom and really care about her. My mother loves the food. The nurses are excellent and easy to communicate with! It's a small community but perfect for my mom.

It's a very nice facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with the staff. They have nice apartments, which include; Studios, one, and two bedrooms. They offer any amenity you could want. There is a restaurant-like setting or take-out.

I thought Brookdale College Square was good, better than others I've seen. We were only there a few days, but the majority of the employees seemed to sincerely care.

Overall our family has had a good experience at Brookdale Brighton. I will also qualify this is the second elderly parent that we had to use assisted living for, which means we had some idea what to expect with a tough situation. My mother is safe, there is staff around always, Brookdale won't hesitate to contact us for issues, and there are activities all week long if a client chooses to participate.

The staff has gone above and beyond to help with every issue that I have been confronted with. They seem to be truly compassionate. It is slightly on the expensive side, but so far, has been worth it. The rooms are huge! They are not furnished like some others are, though.

I was a real push to get my mother to agree to move out of her unwieldy house into an apartment where she had the extra support of great meals, regular cleaning services, and lots of social activities. A few months later she was telling people it was her favorite place she ever lived. Sadly, she passed recently. But the staff and residents have been super supportive to my dad. The routine of meal times, movie night, and other activities give him extra social support he wouldn't have had being alone in their old house. The staff has bent over backwards to accommodate his needs. My siblings are all so grateful to know he's in a great place that suits his physical and social needs right now.

This community is so caring towards their residents. They listen to their needs and do everything possible to accommodate them. I love walking in and seeing how happy everyone is. It is so fun to visit with them and learn about their lives, past and current. They have multiple activities to appeal to a variety of people to keep everyone engaged. All staff are engaged and want to do all they can to help the resident. They often look outside the box to keep their residents happy even if they need to re-direct. Love the staff and residents!

I've been at Brookdale for almost 2 years now after the passing of my husband. My home was too much for me so I sold it and with the help of my daughter I began looking at places. Brookdale was the last facility I toured and I was relieved they had an opening. I’ve always liked my apartment, but I didn’t realize at the time how much I would like my future neighbors. I like going out with them on the outings and lunch trips here as well as going next door to the Brighton Senior Center. The food is great, but they give you too much so I take the leftovers back to my apartment. [name removed] at the front desk goes above and beyond for me often to help. Overall I’m happy here and wish my husband and I could’ve moved in to enjoy it together.

[name removed]did an amazing job getting assisting me in getting my father onboarded.[name removed] seamlessly coordinated all medical activities and ensured all in-house care was aligned to Dad's needs. [name removed] , the general manager ensured our billing was correct and constantly inquired as to how to help Dad acclimate to his surroundings. Dad has raved about the food and looks forward to each meal. Dad's apartment is approx 350sq ft. Bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, LR large enough for large recliner and love seat. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, and mini fridge with plenty of counter space for coffee maker, and other necessities and dish and snack storage. Overall I'm very happy. I'd highly recommend either Brookdale site in Edmond.

I have been in the facility every day since we moved in. They have taken care of them well, and they have developed a relationship with my parents in a very positive manner. The whole process of including the family in the transition has been amazing. They've been open and honest and caring, and all steps of our family transition.

Brookdale Hays has a very caring staff who work hard to make my loved one safe and comfortable. They are willing to make changes as my loved one's needs change and they communicate well with the family. I have been very impressed and I highly recommend Brookdale Hays for anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility.
