Brookdale

The size of the facility is terrific, not too big or small. Very very friendly and accommodating staff. I believe my Mom is getting individualized care and GENUINE attention from all staff! Not just daily staff but leadership very available and they communicate very well! I feel confident I can call anytime day or night. Best place for her and our family! Highly recommend for all that goes into caring for a loved one! All staff above and beyond with a personal touch to make residents and family feel safe and cared for!

Brookdale Overland Park is a good place...no place is perfect, but I would tell others looking that they can feel good about having their loved ones there. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

Staff is extremely attentive and loving. I was not expecting the extra charges for the extra care my dad has to have. But apparently that's consistent with most assisted living facilities.. Makes his care really really expensive on top of regular monthly charge. Based off of our experience, I would recommend Brookdale Tullahoma to others.

Best decision I ever made was to move into Brookdale Chatfield. The residents and the other staff are friendly. There are many different activities and outing trips. The location is perfect for me. My apartment is small but I have a full kitchen, washer and a dryer. MY family also visits often.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are good at getting my loved one to participate in activities. The staff communication with the family is good, and they keep us updated on our loved one, and are willing to answer our questions. They work well with hospice.

We are very happy with our choice! They were all very friendly, patient and knowledgeable when we first started looking. And now that moms there, I have found the staff to be awesome. They are hard working, courteous and I think they are very aware of how each resident is doing and pay a little extra time with new folks. We're very happy there. The apartment sizes are also nice and spacious as well.

The transition and intake process was handled exceptionally well with both resident and family in mind. Staff is fantastic with communication. The facility lay out is the main reason that we chose Brookdale Hamilton. it is all on one floor, circular floor plan that allows the residents to wander at their will. There is also a garden patio in the middle that they have access to weather permitting. We liked that they could move in and outside as they wished. My 90 year old father could sit outside on the patio and even eat there.

I think this facility is in the running. A number of rooms to choose from, studio with a couple of different floor plans and 1 bedroom places with Private decks or yards. Very impressed at the size of the bathrooms. Has everything one would need. The dining room is very nice and the menu changes daily, although they do serve favorites every day. The units have kitchens so if you wanted you could cook your own meal. The food is so good and such a wide choice you don't need to cook at all. They have an exercise room and laundry rooms on each floor. Transportation to and from Doctor appointments as well as planned outings to Costco, shopping, casinos and more. Game rooms. Puzzle rooms, cards, library with regular print and large print books! The staff is exceptional, and the residents very nice and helpful. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Check it out you won't be sorry. Shopping center with lots of stores right across the street. Hospital and doctor offices are also right across the street

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Ann Arbor and this was one of our top choices, it was our second choice. We really liked the facility, the first floor was like a big house and the staff members were very nice.

The outside of Brookdale is not so great..But as soon as you walk inside, it is a welcoming and delightful place to come. I can't find one thing we don't like. It's a very well run place. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come visit and see for yourself.

Since it is independent living the quality of care services do not apply. The breakfast is not diabetic friendly. I am not the only resident who cooks our own breakfast. I am on a A gluten free diet due to food allergies. Very few choices if any. Get very tired of eating the same thing all the time since the variety would make me ill. I do not know much about the activities. I have been hospitalized right before I came and again since I have been here and on limited activity so I have not been able to take advantage yet. There HBU are many activities I want to join. Value for cost. Everything is so expensive these days. Everyone knows I am unhappy with the food. Other than that I love it hear. Hope to stay for a long time and definitely would recommend it

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Nine Mile and we thought the tour and the community was very nice. [name removed] was wonderful, she was extremely helpful even after we had made our decision.

What we really like about Brookdale Clinton is their staff team, they are great, but a little slower on the night shift. Our loved one passed away on [date removed]. There were a few things that could of been better, but overall we were pleased with the experience. Nice people! Price went up substantially at the first of the year. We would recommend Brookdale Clinton and A Place for Mom!

Similar to other communities, we found Brookdale New Port Richey to be all corporate and about the money. However, you do get great service and options. A lot of what was offered was never used so it wasn't worth it for us.

This is a wonderful place for your loved ones. Staff of all positions care about the residents. Food is great and the rooms are clean and nice size. I have eatened at BFH and the food has always been great.

The staff members that I have dealt with have all been very kind and caring. The housekeeping seems to be good as well. I haven't done the white glove approach, but my mother in law's apartment seems to be in order. Communication with the family has been great. According to my mother in law, she likes the food and from what I have seen it sure looks good too. That is something she says quite often so I am happy about that. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. My mother in law is not all about the fuss and Brookdale Stuart is very quaint and just right for her.

The staff is the absolute friendliest and extremely helpful! The medicine hand out isn't as on it as I would like in regards to giving it at the exact same time daily.

I am extremely happy and overjoyed with Brookdale on Old Oakridge Rd. [name removed] went over and beyond anything I expected. Even on her days off she was available to us. She set us up with other resources , gave us much information to make the transition of my mother in law as easy as possible! Her heart and understanding was marvelous. The rest of the staff have been extremely helpful and kind. Thank you so much for all you have done to help our family!

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Hartwell and we had a really good tour experience. It was very high on our list but we just could not find a house to purchase in that area. It was number 1 actually. It is a smaller facility with caring staff. The staff to patient ratio seemed good, and we liked that they had transportation.
