All are a 5. It is a very comfortable place to live and thrive. They are very intelligent and kind and we would absolutely recommend Brookdale Oak Park to other families based on our experience!

Choosing an assisted living community is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, and we're so thankful we found Brookdale South. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate, not only to our loved one but to our entire family. The community is always clean, welcoming, and feels like home. We especially appreciate how well the staff communicates with us. They keep us informed, answer our questions, and make us feel like we're part of the care team. The greatest comfort is seeing how happy and well cared for our loved one is. That peace of mind is truly priceless. We're grateful for everyone at Brookdale South and highly recommend them to families looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with genuine care and respect.

That's easy- a 5 for all 8 questions. Value for cost - though is for independent care, I'm not sure about the higher levels of support. The caring and thoughtful staff. And yes we would recommend this community to others, certainly worth a tour!

Id have to give them a 5 across the board. We are very happy with them. Mostly the core people seem to care. I see that they are a bit under staffed and bring in a bunch of random temps, but the core people are super friendly and are treating my Mom great.

We have been very happy with Brookdale. Everything was presented and explained accurately. We've had some tweaks but all have been approached collaboratively and with positivity. I would definitely recommend to other families. The staff is very professional, warm and accommodating. My sister and I spent quite a while touring communities and we found just the right fit for our dad at Brookdale. Thank you to your team for the assistance you provided as well.

They have a lot of activities throughout the day. They seem to have qualified people on top of the medication management. The food is good. The director is super helpful and friendly. The staff we met are all friendly. We are on a wait list for a specific room.

Well maintained, desirable property. Staff is organized and friendly. Prices are typical for this area.

My brothers and I really like this place for our Mother. The folks here at BROOKDALE give us the peace of mind that Mom is safe. The staff is always doing activity’s with the residents that help build friendships and community.

Brookdale is wonderful. I can’t say enough about the kind, patient and knowledgeable staff! They provide expert care for my Mom and are always available for questions. It’s such a tough thing to have to place a loved one and I am grateful for Brookdale.

What we like the most about the community is the staff, the activity director keeping my dad busy and not bored. We would definitely reocmmend Brookdale Lake Mary to other families.

Great staff. Kept me well informed and updated on my Dad's care. Answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The apartment was perfect for my Dad's needs. Dad said the food was good and he was well taken care of.

My father has been a resident at this facility for one month now. The staff has been very caring and helpful during his transition to Brookdale! He has made many friends and he is enjoying the food and social activities. Good fit for us!

They stayed in contact with me over a very long period of time. It took me over a year to get my siblings to agree to move our mom out of her home. Pauline was very empathetic and understanding to the situation.

I felt it was a good deal and I was planning on sending my father however, he passed. There is much socialization it was comfortable. Updated environment much interaction with the outside world. And much compressive care.

I had a great experience with the whole staff. They are very pleasant , helpful. The place is immaculate, the food delicious. I felt like I was surrounded by my own family. When you need some repairs, their handyman is responsible and is able to solve any issues.

Friendly and encouraging for residents to be active and we would recommend Brookdale Bloomsburg to other families.

The facility and staff that I met with were wonderfully kind and professional. The facility itself was 5 Star fantastic! The only issue I had was actually with A Place for Mom and not Brookdale. I was very clear regarding the monthly cost my loved one could afford and yet I was referred to Brookdale which is clearly above that threshold. Not helpful!
