Brookdale of Bellmeade has been a God-send for my mom and our family. Their experience and support has so far been unmatched. The continuity of the nursing staff and caregivers has been a critical improvement in my mom's care. Some of the things that we have noticed that stand out from other memory care facilities are: the staff seem to purposefully engage and truly enjoy the residents; they are knowledgeable and skillful, especially with some of the demanding physical tasks; and they strive to make efforts, accommodations, and are willing to try alternative solutions to help the residence be more successful, or at least more peaceful. The hands-on staff have been wonderful to work with us in order to make my mom's adjustment easier. We all know that this industry is challenging, in order to meet the ever increasing needs of this demographic. Days are long and resources are usually too short in supply, but the nursing and staff and caregivers have always maintained professionalism and a positive attitude of always trying to make things better. We are continually thankful for their love of the residents, experience and professionalism, support of the families, and much needed wise advice. Yes - I would most definitely recommend Brookdale of Bellmeade to anyone facing an Alzheimer's/ dementia diagnosis.

I have had a very positive experience here. The staff are very nice, helpful, and caring, and the food is good. They also listen to residents’ suggestions and continue to update the menu to include meals that people have requested. The activity selection has not been as good recently because the activity director has been out on medical leave. However, they recently brought in two people to help fill in, and I believe they have some fun activities planned for the upcoming months. My room is cleaned every week, and my laundry is also done weekly, which is very convenient. The rooms are nice, with a few different layouts to choose from. I was lucky enough to get a corner room with two windows, which gives me plenty of natural light. I have made several friends here and feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Overall, I’m very glad to be here.

Staff were professional, friendly and compassionate. They were attentive to my Mom's needs. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

The overall experience has been great. The staff is wonderful, they all are nice, polite, friendly and helpful to everyone. The food is excellent and they are willing to accommodate everyone's like and dislikes and allergies. Brookdale Northshore is well maintained, and clean. There are lots of activities and outings. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with a small kitchen, Livingroom, bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom with a walk in shower. Housekeeping is great and accommodating to individuals likes and dislikes in the use of cleaning products.

We had a wonderful experience touring Brookdale Galleria with [name removed]. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly professional, thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand what my mom needs and made sure we saw all of the different options available to her. [name removed] truly went the extra mile to answer our questions and make what can be an overwhelming decision feel much easier and more comfortable. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his kindness and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend [name removed] to any family considering Brookdale Galleria for a loved one. He made us feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you, [name removed], for such a positive experience!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. The building was well kept & clean. Resident’s rooms were a good size & the showers are zero entry. Very impressed. My family member will be moving in this week

So, Mom didn't feel ready to leave the house she had loved for nearly 60 years (but she was!) Now that she & her partner are mostly settled in at Cedar Springs they seem very happy with the apartment and they are enjoying the residents they have met. The building is older, not modern or flashy, but it has a lot of character. It's bright & full of sunshine without looking sterile. The staff does a great job keeping the common areas AND the apartments clean. Maintenance has been quick to address any concerns. The Admin. people have been super! They are easily available for questions, very receptive to suggestions and they are often around visiting with the residents in the dining room and in the halls. They seem to know everyone and are happy to see them. I can't say much yet about BAH except that the Coord. was very helpful with questions I had about med. mgmt. and how we might solve without initiating care yet. They made a great choice to move here, should have done it years ago!

With the help of A Place for Mom, we recently moved my mom into Brookdale Tequesta, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience, the Sales Manager, was absolutely phenomenal. This was our family’s first time navigating assisted living, and she walked us through every step with patience and professionalism. The SM was incredibly responsive — even answering questions on weekends and after hours when I truly wasn’t expecting a reply. The facility itself is a perfect fit for my mom. It’s not too big and not too small, and the layout — basically one circle — makes it easy for her to navigate. There are common areas throughout, plus a screened-in porch and a covered patio out front. Both the building and the outdoor areas have secure access, which gives our family real peace of mind. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been wonderful. My mom is very happy there which makes us happy! A++ for Brookdale-Tequesta!!!

The staff is great. My father likes the food. Yes would recommend. The only minor thing is there are very few men there. Luckily a new man recently moved in which my father has appreciated.

The staff is wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. There were many activities that Mom enjoyed like bingo and the music.

I recently toured Brookdale Tequesta with [name removed], Sales Manager, and was so impressed that I placed my friend here as a new resident. We could not be more pleased with the staff and wonderful residential community Brookdale Tequesta is a charming, intimate 42-bed community.It feels like "Home" because everyone knows your name! The care feels truly personal and attentive, and the residents treat one another like family, looking out for each other The food is great, and the staff (Chef [name removed]) works hard to accommodate individual dietary needs and preferences. Activities are varied, with something for everyone, and the staff is quick to respond whenever a need or request comes up I toured several other communities that were much larger and felt more like a cruise ship. Brookdale Tequesta was the perfect fit because of its unique combination of caring, compassion, and personalized attention. And the pricing is among the best in the area [name removed] made the entire process comfortable

The staff are so caring and professional. My mom had a difficult transition from home as she has dementia with agitation but the Brookdale Walden Ridge staff have been so patient and caring with her. We are very thankful and Yes i would definitely recommend Brookdale Walden Ridge to families seeking memory care for a loved one.

The facilities appeared to be clean and in good repair and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will consider this place as one of our possibilities for elder care.

Beautiful & Caring I can’t say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and very well cared for. You can tell that a lot of thought and love has gone into creating a comfortable environment for the residents. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is kind, compassionate, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It’s obvious that they take pride in what they do and, most importantly, truly care about the people they serve. That kind of compassion makes such a difference for residents and their families.

Staff: Excellent attention Professional Kind and thoughtful Communicative Fair Food: Appeared to be plentiful and healthy. Offered snacks and drinks. Our Mom did not want to eat much, however. Clean and did NOT smell of urine or garbage. Items stayed where they needed to stay. Garbage was removed. Hallways were always clean. Bathrooms could be updated, however. Apartment: We loved her room. Plenty of light and space. A warm place to live. The overall building is excellent and homey and warm. I know it is going through some renovations and that will be awesome. More artwork would be nice!

I have recently toured this facility for possible placement for my mother. I brought her along so she could see the rooms available and meet the staff. We had toured other facilities and immediately my mother said to me that this was the only place where the staff actually spoke to her and interacted with her. She was very impressed and said that she would feel very comfortable here. The facility was very clean and the food being cooked that day smelled amazing. She also liked the fact that dining there was cafe style, meaning that you choose off of a menu for your own selection of food. Or you can order al a carte. We are very glad to have this facility in our community for our elderly. They keep their residents entertained and do field trips. I asked if I could move in too.

Love this community, they provide the best care in tyler tx , you will not be disappointed I toured so many communities I cannot even count and this one hands down has been the best. The staff are friendly , activities are great & food is amazing. Fridays they have fried catfish and it makes my mouth water thinking about it.

Brookdale created an individualized care plan for dad based on what he needed and what he didn't. All the staff are very caring for the residents and have lots of patience. Daily activities are well organized and based on a curriculum. Apartment is adequate size and configured safely for a dementia patient.

My father is very happy with the facility. It's clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining room is spacious with a restaurant feel to it. Food is good as well. Many of the units have nice views from the rooms. Price is reasonable too. It fit our budget.

The manager was very friendly and answered all questions presented to her. We toured the facility & we’re impressed with the warm surroundings & the staff all appeared to be friendly with the people they attended to. We were shown the model suite & although it seemed a tad small, we were okay with it as my mother would be staying there for a short 10 day stay. One thing I liked was the walk-in shower, it had no step up which is much safer for my 98 yr old mother.
