Brookdale

My mom has been a resident here since 9/15/2016. Facility and management are the best. They go out of their way to make new residents happy and comfortable. Great food & activities.

My husband is doing well at this community. They have been working with us on some issues. He likes the staff. The food tastes pretty good it seems healthy and they offer good portions. The community is clean and they offer daily activities.

The community is great. The staff is nive and friendly, but at times can be a little slow. They had good meals and a variety. Alot of activities are offered. I would recommend the community to other families.

So far it has been a very nice experience for my mother in law here at this community. She is doing well, and we are pleased with her move to this community. The community is well maintained. They do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. So far everything is working out well.

The property is beautiful with lots of gorgeous scenery surrounding the building. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave my loved one and I lots of useful information during our visit. All of the residents seemed to be enjoying an activity as well as each others company.

This is a very nice community, and I'am satisfied with my mother's care here. She is doing pretty well, the only issue she has had is the food. She isn't very please with the meals. Other than that issue she is doing pretty good. It is a nice clean community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is very nice. Overall we are pleased with the care they are providing her with. I would recommend this community.

So far my father is doing very well, and I'am pleased with his move here. I know he is in good hands here. Everything has worked out well for us here. The community looks great, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are nice activities offered for the residents. I like the staff, they are very friendly. He is pleased with the meals. This is a community I would recommend, he is being cared for well here.

I had a good feeling about this community everyone was courteous and acknowledging me. I thought the place was nice and tidy. The meal plans and activities sounded great. There was resident transportation available and the community was pet friendly. I would recommend it to other families.

My loved one mentions that the food is good. The housekeeping does a good job cleaning. It's a safe community that has friendly caring staff. The only issue we have had so far is with the laundry service. My loved one keeps getting clothes that it's not theirs. I have spoken with them about this issue and hoping they resolve it.

Various activities are offered in Brookdale Corona. My mother who resides in the community is doing well so far. The taste of the meals is okay. If my father has any concerns the staff will work with him to fix them. Brookdale Corona provides a safe place for my mother which, is most important.

The facility was very nice. The community, both staff and residents, made us feel welcomed. Had we not opted for independent living, this community would have been a good choice.

The staff at this community was wonderful, they gave my dad and I a very detailed tour with lots of useful information of their community. All of the residents looked like they where happy and involved in a variety of activities throughout the building . The cost was just way to high for my loved ones budget.

Care team members are friendly. Requests are usually addressed promptly. Turnover is a challenge as each of three shifts requires multiple messages and repetition of requests for specific issues related to dad's care. There have been some issues in getting dad's medications correct but this is to be expected with new residents and post doctor visits. Food is good but some monitoring required to ensure that it has been mechanically chopped, as required on fl-2.

This was a nice and clean community. They did not seem as personal with the residents. The rooms are really small it was like a hotel room but smaller. They were really good at answering my questions.

What really caught my attention from this community was the positive interaction between the residents and the staff. . I like that they maintain the community clean. I usually have lunch with my loved one and it's good. If i do have concerns they usually will follow up with me. One thing that they could improve on would be to offer more activities.

This is a nice community. But they need more help in the maintenance area. They have a good variety of good food. The vegetable sometimes seem over cooked. te staff is very careing and helpful. My mom is still working on trying to be involved in the great activities that are offered here. I would recommend this community highly to other families.

One of the things that really got my attention about this community was the safety of all residents. They all had a pendant in case of a fall or if they needed something the care staff would know where they were. It was a nice place, very clean and had a positive atmosphere. They had meal plans and activities available. I would recommend a tour of this place to family and friends.

The Brookdale Medi Park West was a very nice community that had a lot to offer. Their tour guide was very attentive with me and answered all of my questions. I didn't like that every service they had was an additional add on. If my loved one needed medications administered that was an ad on. The bedrooms were nice i liked the set up of them. Meal plans were available for the residents.

My loved one seems to be really enjoying and participating in multiple activities they have going on in the community throughout the week. The dinning room experience is pleasant with delicious meals provided for him. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
