Brookdale

When i toured this community they were getting ready to remodel so I'm sure the place looks beautiful now. The staff was very welcoming and kind. the Tour Guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.While we we walked around the rooms i noticed a resident had an accident and the staff was quick to clean up.

This community offers a variety of activities. The food is good. The staff are nice and my parents are receiving good care. The community is clean.

I liked this community. It looked like it was just revamped. The rooms looked small. The staff were nice & knowledgeable. We tried the food and it was pretty good.

It is still a work in progress for my parents here at this community. This is a good community, and I know they are in good hands here. They have an excellent staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. There are nice activities offered for the residents. I've tried some of the food, and the meals are very good. Overall I know they are safe and being cared for well here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

I was able to take a tour of this community and I knew that this would not be a good fit for my loved one. The place is older than we would like and it doesn't seem to be kept up very well. The staff was knowledgeable and very nice. This just was not right for us.

This is a nice community for my mom. She likes the care that is given. She really likes the care that is given here. The food is good and a nice variety to choose from. They offer my mom great activities. I would recommend other families to this community for good care.

My mother-in-law is adjusting to her new place. It is a very nice facility and the residents are very nice. She did a craft today and helped out another resident. The meals are very good and looks delicious. She can get a sandwich if she does not want the meal. I have asked for better communication on calling us when she takes a shower and sees the psychiatrist, they are going to work on this.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. My tour went well, this is a nice community. The staff was friendly and courteous. The community looked good. From what I saw everything appeared to nice and clean. They were very kind and treated us well.

My mom is doing great and seems to like it a bunch. She enjoys the craft class and bingo. It's really good for her. She's looking better now that she is eating 3 meals a day. She misses a real church service. The Sunday service is like a bible study at the community. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Brookdale Dowlen Oaks accept pets and has various amenities available. The community works with families and the residents with any special meal plans. I thought the community was clean and the rooms were spacious. I would recommend a tour of this community.

This is a nice looking community and the people we met during our tour were nice. This community seems to cater to people over the age of 70 so it would not work for us.

Everything is working out very well for my father. He is doing very well, and I'am pleased. They are providing with him with good care. Everything has worked out well for us here. He is safe and being cared for very well at this community. I'am satisfied with his move here.

After two months, I am very impressed with the med aides and resident aides, they are fantastic. The staff try to keep it clean and engage with the residents. Anyone being placed here will get very good care by the staff but when going to sign papers, it's a good idea to have someone there to hear the details. It is a stressful situation and would have been good to have someone else there to make sure that everything was clear. I am not sure that the communication with the administration has been as good. There was a little confusion with the billing and I feel that the initial information was not consistent with what actually happened. I feel like I spend a lot of time going to the doctors to help facilitate orders. The residents say the food is good but it seems like they serve potatoes at every lunch and dinner.

The staff was very informative during our tour of this community and made sure my loved one and I had all of the information we needed for our visit. The property was very well maintained and the bedrooms where all nicely kept with lots of natural light throughout the complex. I have no complaints about our tour and would recommend this place.

This is a nice clean community. The people we met were nice and I heard the food was good. This community was just a little to expensive for us.

The food is good, however I think they do need a little more variety. The staff are great and helpful. They offer daily activities. I would recommend this community.

My husband is still adjusting to this community. The staff is very helpful and patient. The food is good and a nice variety. They do offer him activities,but he is not participating yet. the community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community for excellent care for others.

I really enjoyed my tour of this community, the staff where all very friendly and made sure to answer any questions my loved one and I may have had for them. The facility was very well maintained and the bedrooms and bathrooms where all very clean.

My parents are both at Brookdale. They are very happy. The staff is great and really goes out of their way to meet the needs of the residents. I would definitely recommend.

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far the experience has been a good one! The staff has been friendly and helpful, the place is clean, and I've been very impressed with the food!
