Brookdale

When I toured Brookdale Attleboro, I thought it was a nice place. They charged $500 to do an assessment and I was told that if she moved in, it would be credited and if she did not it would be refunded. Well now that she did not move in I am receiving a bill that I am hoping is just a miscommunication. The staff was all very friendly.

I toured this community and it felt like a home feeling. The outside of the community could use some small improvements. They did have activities going on when I toured. I would highly recommend this community for the care and the nice value for loved ones.

My loved one is doing as well as can be since her move to this community. It is a very nice community, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The staff is good. They are caring for her, and her needs very well. She is eating well, and they do a good job getting her looking nice. I do feel she is safe, and receiving good care. This is a community that would get my recommendation. It is a nice facility.

Brookdale was very impressive and the community was gorgeous! I felt it was too big for my mother and I didn't like the room they showed me very much. It's a beautiful community overall.

When I toured Brookdale Overland Park, I noticed that there were not many activities or interaction between the staff and residents. It was not what we were looking for. The place was clean and well maintained.

I did not schedule a tour with Brookdale and popped in to look at the community. I felt it could use more updating because the building looks tired. I was impressed with the care they offer.It was just difficult to get all my questions answered because they weren't expecting me.

My tour of Brookdale The Heights was a good experience. The staff was nice and the person who gave us the tour even came out and did an assessment on my mother. They were just more expensive.

It came down to finding a community that has great staff and in a great location for me. This is where I moved my mom into and now she is doing well as a resident. The facility is kept clean and I see they have been maintaining her room. The staff are good caregivers to everyone. They have been professional from what I notice. This community is the total package.

We did your Brookdale Federal Way. I thought it was a nice place, it was clean and the rooms seemed pretty large. The staff was all friendly and welcoming, your guide gave us good information.

We are not too happy with the care from this community. She is not always getting personal care. The staff has been informed to get her to be active and they are not doing that. A clean community that is nice. The meals are great and she is happy with the variety. They do offer her activities for her to participate. We would recommend that families tour this community

I think the staff at the Brookdale did a good job of getting my father settled and getting his medications balanced. The staff was very friendly, but my father will be going back home. The only thing I wish they would improve on is communication. When my father goes home for visits, they send his medications together and getting them situated is a hassle.

This is a nice community, but older that other community. The staff was nice and the staff manager was outstanding. [Removed] informed me on all the new changes that were in progress. The rooms were nice. I liked the menu of the variety of choices, the rooms. We would recommend this community

Mom loves it here and we are happy. We found a good caregiver that had a couple of other residents used and she is great! The staff is very helpful and I give them a 5!Mom really likes the entertainment they have, I wish she would go to the exercise classes. She also enjoys the "Wine and Wisdom" hour, she is very social.I like the way they upkeep everything.Housekeeping and maintenance does a great job!Everything is clean and orderly. There's good people and it's an all around nice place.

All is well for my mother with her move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands here. I'am pleased with all they have done for us.

I thought this place was a great experience with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff where very friendly and made sure to make my my mother and I feel very welcomed into there facility. I just did not think this was the right fit for her with all things in mind at the end of the day. Overall great experience and I am pleased.

I toured this community It is beautiful The marketing director was wonderful and helpful. This is not what we needed at this time. .A beautiful community. The menu seemed appealing. Activities are offered for the residents. Families might tour this community to see if this is what they are looking

[Removed] was helpful, kind, informative, and really considered our price range. He spoke directly to my mother. This is a top choice as of today. The apartments were very nice, the tour was very thorough and pleasant.

My mother moved here, they could use more variety on their menu. One thing they do very well is the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them.

I do not really have any particular complaints about this place it was an interesting experience. I thought that the staff was friendly and all of the residents seemed to be enjoying them selves for the most part. It was just not the right fit for my wife and I. The community was a little too big for my liking.
