The 2 aides that I have were both pleasant and completed their tasks with little supervision. They arrived on time and always asked if we needed anything else before leaving. If there were any issues the office called and explained the situation, and offered a substitute aide if needed

Seniors have been helpful- always on time- engaging with my husband and allowing me for some free time. [name removed] has been most helpful with scheduling if I have a conflict- the seniors he has sent have been wonderful- my husband preferred a male and [name removed] was able to accommodate

We had them for 12 hours a day and they were very good professional people. Helpful in every way for my neighbor my best friend that I am her caregiver. We enjoyed having them work for us. They were punctual and efficient in what they did for her

Right at home began with through explanation of services and charges. They accompanied care giver in first visit for introduction. In my situation care giver helps or works on her own getting my husband up, dressed and to kitchen for breakfast. If shower needed she proceeds with or without my help. This depends on my husband's abilities that day. Caregiver prepares breakfast. Lunch, and snacks as needed. If asked she will load dishwasher or unload, help fold laundry and vacuum if needed. This gives me time to finish other inside or outdoor chores. She has assisted with transporting to doctor. If often takes two of us to get my husband up, standing, and using a walker. He has dementia. Just be clear about help you need. Good personel matching is important to get help you need.

The caregivers were professional and had empathy while dealing with my relative. Very patient and understanding. Great company to work with. I will recommend this company for anyone who needs help. Thank you for recommending them.

They were friendly and they made us feel at ease about the care they would be providing for our Mom. They were very informative about payment options and helpful with all financial help available. As for our caregiver she is great.

I have nothing but good interactions with ever oat Home Instead. The caregiver is very good and takes very good care of my husband and is like family now. Home Instead also put in touch with people at Hospice for palliative care and a new program they. Everything was taken care of right away and they are always checking on you. My 93 yr old Dad was matched with a wonderful man . [name removed] showers my Dad, makes him breakfast, does a load of laundry, cleans up the kitchen and helps make blueberry muffins! Whole Life is also very flexible

All members of the team work to make my Mom feel comfortable. Exceptional level of service and always open to feedback to make the situation better. They work to customize their care protocol to meet my Mom’s specific needs.

TRS, so far, has provided very professional service with gentle care for my Mom who is on hospice. [name removed] and her HHA and provided good communication on services and cost, as well as addressing specific needs for my mom's fragile health.
