They were fantastic when we met them and in getting the right caregivers for my mom. When one was not quite a good fit they got a much better replacement quickly. [name removed] was great to work with! I would cal them again if needed!

He always finds the most wonderful and caring caregivers for our family. On the rare occasion when someone calls out, he finds a perfect replacement right away. We are so grateful for his support! His dedication is a blessing.

Guardian Angels Homecare is a wonderful help with our in-home senior care needs. The owner, [name removed], is kind, understanding, and very forthcoming with flexible solutions. She came to our home and helped develop a care plan that meets our current needs and budget. Her fees are better than many other agencies in my region. We are very happy with her care staff, too. The Guardian Angels caregiver we hired is professional, kindly, understanding and welcomed by my husband each time he arrives. In fact, the caregiver gentleman takes his responsibilities quite seriously and always arrives early. Plus, he has extensive caregiving experience. The company’s flexible scheduling has been a blessing to me because I can now attend my own medical appointments. Also, I feel I have a very reliable resource for times when I need to go to other appointments. My husband feels safe with his caregiver when I am out and he gladly welcomes the fellow each time he arrives. Peace of mind is ours!

I would highly recommend this organization. The day they first came out they were very professional and made sure. I understood everything that I needed to know. She’s usually early to our house. She completes what she’s been asked to do and then does more than what I requested. I took a class which was longer than her normal shift. She came early and left late. My sister who is her client loves her and the time they spend together. I hope that she’ll be around for a long time!

Friendly, great communication, responsive when changes are needed. Home Well has worked out very well for our family. We use Companion Care and caregivers follow instructions for medications and meals.

Firstlight was very responsive and flexible. Their business model really made it feel like they were there to provide the highest quality of service. We had several visits and everyone was super nice. The owner even reached out to answer some of my questions. They haven't been in business long but are there for the right reasons. Unfortunately, our situation changed and we will no longer need them. I highly recommend giving them a chance!

The support we have received has been amazing. My dad has received great care. The care giver is reliable and has the nursing skills we need. The staff communicated well and they are easy to do business with. We are blessed to have found them!

I was very satisfied with Cornerstone Caregiving. I had a bad experience with a previous agency we had hired. It's not always easy having someone in your home caring for a loved one when you can't be there, but Cornerstone Caregiving quickly gained my trust. They are reliable, professional, trustworthy and have excellent communication. The carers that worked with my husband were very knowledgeable, respectful and caring..

Synergy was just what I needed to take care of my 85 year old husband who is blind and has Dementia. He needed someone who would be patient and caring with him. They delivered in a big way, the caregivers were attentive to his needs and personality. They took great care of him while I was out of town and when I would call his response alone with their demeanor/ attitude reassured me that he was in good hands. When I arrived home a few days later, my home and my husband was in good shape.

My experience with Seniors Helping Seniors has all been positive. They are here on time & are flexible with my needs. They help me get to my scheduled appointments. They have helped with grocery shopping & pick up prescriptions.

My mother loves alone, has "high functioning" dementia, checked herself out of ALF some months ago, and now her local support system, a life-long friend who lives nearby, has been stretched beyond her bounds. In short, we needed help. From a homecare. com type of search, I called for help. The service responded with returned call in only an hour or less, and had 3 or 4 services contact me, one just a few minutes later -- that was HomeWell Care Services. I had questions, all of which were patiently answered, confidently and without pause. The representative left his name and number and invited me to contact him back any time. I compared a few other places that called back in the next few days, trying to compare apples to apples much as possible. In short, I remained most comfortable with HomeWell. I called them back on Friday morning, and they had staff at Mom's to do initial interview that afternoon. We completely enrollment forms online, and care began Sunday morning! Amazing!

I needed an aide to help with my elderly Father and though it was only for one day we were given excellent care from [name removed]. She was truly wonderful and my Father really enjoyed her. The staff that I spoke with in setting everything up were also so helpful and caring. My experience using Right At Home - Westbury was simply perfect.

Top Care LLC treated my wife with extreme competence, compassion and respect respect. All their aides were wonderful and made this most difficult time bearable for her and for me. These wonderful people have remained close to me following my wife's passing. I recommend them whole heartedly to others in need of care.

All the caregivers I have had here to help with my wife have always been patient and kind. When she is having trouble with her paralyzed right arm and hand they try to be as gentle as they can when they change her shirt and clean her up. My only complaint is that none of them can consistently put a diaper on my wife. I think caregiver groups need to consider hiring people that have worked with elderly folks in nursing homes. They will have experience with diapers and can be of greater assistance to those patients that do not have control of their bowels or bladder. I have worked with two different companies and have had about eight different caregivers and not one could get a diaper on with consistency. They either get it way up her back so there is very little in front or they are lopsided from one side or the other. They also have trouble getting disposable chucks placed where the will work best.

I assist my sister with various aspects of her life because of her serious health problems. For several months, we needed someone to spend time with her on weekends. [name removed] at ComfortKeep Home was very professional, responsive and compassionate. He arranged for Ning to spend that time with my sister and she was attentive, kind and helpful in every way. I recommend this agency.

SHS in Hartville would be a fantastic fit for any situation needing an in-home caregiver. My caregiver is on time, interacts with the client all day long, makes sure she does her exercises, they laugh, they have a great time and she is great with my dog. She makes certain the client is comfortable, has everything she needs, and helps with her shower and toileting also meal prep and accompanies us to dr appts. I can't say enough good about our caregiver and the agency owners. They are very hands on in checking in make sure all is going well. I am so pleased that I chose this agency out of several of them that I interviewed.

Very willing to work with me to get a good fit for my sister's caregiver. Good communication and availability for any questions I might have. Very flexible if any change in schedule became necessary. We have a great caregiver.
