This group was able to in extremely quick turn around time line up morning and evening care for my mom after a hospitalization. We then decreased our needed hours and they are flexible, responsible and enjoyable people.

Exception staff who care about the well being of our family Member. A group of employees who listen to our needs!

The person they assigned to me is great. They did a great job in vetting her. My my only criticism is that they will not let her change bandages.

Well [name removed] is his caregiver. She's very flexible, accommodating and helpful. Brook is who I worked with to set everything up. She is also very easy to work with, patient , flexible to our needs, etc. Helen comes every morning and late afternoon on the weekdays. Does meal prep, takes [name removed] on errands and ensure he's taking his medication properly. Exactly what we needed!

My dad recently had an event in his life. After mom passed we were looking for a way to keep dad going and moved him into an ALF. He needs some more assistance than the facility can provide so we hired OPA to come in twice a day to help him up in the morning and then again to bed at nite. They have been a godsend. Dad loves his caregivers and looks forward to seeing them everyday. He has perked up so much over the past few weeks. They are very communicative and keep me informed everyday how he is doing.

Service has been great. [name removed] has been wonderful with my Mom. [name removed] was kind enough to meet with me at Trident Hospital for a consult. We were able to arrange for services to start when she got home.

We needed some help for my mom in Phoenix after a fall and honestly didn’t know where to start. Handled got back to us right away and had someone helping her pretty quickly. She’s been great and my mom really likes her. The team made things easier on all of us.

My dad was not very easy to take care of, because of his Parkinson’s and becomes very angry with his caregivers. [name removed] did a very good job of taking care of care of him.

They have been taking care of my grandmother at the Neuvant House and I think there's been basically three different workers maybe four but I think three they've all been great. They take exceptional care of her. They let my uncle know if there are things that they see that are not right and they made sure she's taking extremely well care of so we've been very happy with them and they've been very helpful at night every night.

We found [name removed] and A & C from a place for mom. She called us and came out the next day. She’s so knowledgeable and kind. A & C now cares for both my parents. Started with just my dad who had Parkinson’s. We get 12 hour overnights, plus 8 hours during the day as we need someone up and alert all night so a live in wouldn’t work for us. But [name removed] tried to save us money.

I can’t say enough about the care givers from Home care team. They are very attentive and helped me when I needed it the most. With out this team I would have been by myself after chemo and trying to get better

We’ve had a really good experience so far. The whole process was easier than I expected, and anytime I had a question, someone got back to me pretty quickly. The caregiver has been great and we’ve been really happy with how things have worked out.

This agency is the best. The owners are great and go out of their way for you. My dad is a big guy that no other agency wanted to take care of but A & C came in with ease. They come highly recommended and I see why.

Need more caregivers to cover demands. Everything else is hunky dory. Love this caregiving company and it's people

My caregiver is very accommodating. She is aware of my needs and very kind in her helpfulness. She is a very capable woman, and recognizes some of the main needs I have. For example, removing my trash from the kitchen and putting it in the trash bins. I am very pleased with [name removed].

All the caregivers have been great. Especially our regulars [name removed] and [name removed]. When our regular caregiver is not available they work hard to send a qualified substitute.

Our mom has been pleased with all the caregivers. Of course just as in life it’s not perfect, but the overall experience has been excellent. The care our mother receives and the company she enjoys is a comfort to us. The flexibility of scheduling has been pleasing. I do recommend them.

They listen to my husband's needs. Paid attention to the things he liked. Used that information to match him with a care giver.

We have had such a positive experience with Giving Hearts. What stands outmost is how truly caring and compassionate [name removed] is ~ the caregiver to our mother. She is patient attentive, dependable, and treats our mother with genuine warmth and kindness. It is clear [name removed] puts her heart into the care she provides. I highly recommend Giving Hearts to any family looking for someone they could trust with a loved one.

[names removed] were great to work with. Explained the process very. They quickly responded whenever I had a question or needed help with changing the schedule. Mom's caregiver - [name removed] - was very caring, thoughtful, trustworthy, and took good care of my mom. I would recommend them to others.
