It’s hard to evaluate this question because [name removed] passed away in the hospital before we could start using Elite Care. However, Elite care was our first choice given their caring customer service and doctor informed care.

Griswold Homecare of Carroll County has been caring for my mom (82yr Parkinson’s) for a few months. We are thankful and happy with the care that mom is receiving. From the beginning conversations with the administrative staff, to set up her home care, to the actual caregiving that my mom receives, we are very pleased.

[name removed] was wonderful. The SHS caregivers are very kind and caring as well. Unfortunately, the timing was wrong to start with a new caregiver and once we recognized that, we decided we would try again down the line.

We needed some urgent help for my mother prior to a major surgery, and first light was right there to assist! The in home care was really great, but the additional care that we received for ourselves and the support throughout the whole process of surgery, rehab, palliative care and even up to the end we have had support every step of the way from them. Of all the things that I have questioned myself about and what I could have done better to get a different outcome, the one thing I have never questioned was hiring the team from first light

Our needs weren’t great. We needed someone to be at our house for a few hours a day in case my husband fell. Fortunately, my husband only needed assistance once. It was boring week for [name removed], our Homewell caregiver, but we were glad to have him.

I HIGHLY recommend this care they were extremely flexible, kind and took amazing care of my 82 year old mom with the onset of dementia. Mom fell fractured her pelvis. Her team of care givers had her up and walking in about a week. You won’t regret going with Raices.

Very glad I called “a place for mom.” didn’t know anything about it since this is my first time having to do this. They Gave me a lot of insight and we’re very knowledgeable for what I needed. We now have a very helpful, smart, friendly, kind person helping my father-in-law. And I’m sure if it wasn’t a good fit the first time they would find you another. But very trustworthy kind people.

My husband was being released from the hospital on hospice. Crystal came to the hospital and delivered with great comfort. She was reassuring and her sweet spirit made me feel at ease. [Name Removed] arrived early for her shift and hit the ground running. She brought compassion and genuine caring. Although it was only 3 hours before my husband’s passing she was a perfect fit. I highly recommend this company!

My caregiver is always on time and is very qualified. She encourages me to be as independent as possible while keeping a close eye on me. The management is also very hands on with great communication.
