I would rate them a 5 in all seven categories listed. What we like the most about their services is the ease to start service, flexibility, no minimum hours, friendliness, ease of communication.

I would give a 5 on all categories. You guys are great! People were on time and compassionate and helpful Slade was very personable and answered all my questions My husband was on hospice and sadly we had to leave my youngest daughter while we attended my son's wedding out of State. I felt as comfortable as I could knowing she had help from your caregivers Thankfully he didn't pass away until after we returned

Cornerstone has many qualified, compassionate care providers. There is an especially sweet care giver named [Name Removed] who works for Cornerstone of Gainesville who is very professional, caring, experienced, compassionate and classy.

What we like the most about their services is that they worked closely with me and my Mom to come up with the best care plan and to monitor & suggest adjusting the plan if needed.

The importance of commending Senior Helpers, Smithtown ("Agency") comes finally today to express family's gratitude to Agency care of my older brother. He was ill for last three years of his life; a revolving door between home, hospitals, nursing care, culminating in his passing [Date removed]. This Agency was always prepared & ready to dispatch quality attendants (there were three who exemplified care, concern, patience). They know who they are; and represented the broader team effort. 5 on all of those. I couldn't have been happier with their service and their prices were lower than two others I consulted. The main CNA, [name removed], was reliable, professional, punctual and personable. So were [name removed] and [name removed] who filled in on [name removed] off days.

5 on all categories. What I liked the most about their services with the genuine concern for both my wife and me, she is an excellent cook, and she doesn't mind doing our grocery shopping. There are other services she has talked to us about, which we may need in the future.

5 on everything, I had an amazing aide. She far exceeded my expectations. My aide [name removed] was like a friend. She helped me with anything I needed. Dependable and very personable. I would recommend Infinite Helping Hand to other families.

I was a little skeptical when I first started looking for someone to care for my loved one because of all the options but after speaking with the owner, I immediately felt at ease. The care that my husband has been receiving from his Complete Care at Home carers has be wonderful! Both[Names removed] have been sensitive to [Name removed] needs and his abilities.. They definitely see him as a person, not just a job. i can't even begin to tell you how much thier excellent care has been to me, i no longer have to hold my breath when i leave the house on errands, appointment and even lunch with friends, it has been such a relief. We had Home Instead help us with my mother-in-law when we brought her home on Hospice. [Name Removed]and [Name Removed]were amazing care givers with heartfelt delivered care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for in- home care even if it’s not for helping with Hospice. Also case managers [Names Removed] were so helpful in getting us all we needed in the home.

What we like the most about their services is their Personal touch by the ownership/ management. Attentiveness. Their ability to get things up and running in a very short period of time. Caregiver needed in a pinch. Home Instead came through when we needed them most.
