We have had a wonderful experience with the caregivers from Care Up. They have always been on time caring and attentive to my parents needs.

FirstLight went above and beyond to get a caregiver in place with very short notice after my sister was discharged from a rehab center. The suggestions on how to make the home more accessible and safe was also helpful. All of the caregivers were professional, kind and worked hard to make things easier for my sister as she continued her recovery at home. I highly recommend FirstLight and all extra service [name removed] provided to get my sister settled back in her home.

Arch angels has exceeded my expectations on all levels. They provide competent caring workers who are reliable and well-trained. I highly recommend the company.

My mother is doing well with the care she is receiving from HomeWell. The care coordinator calls regularly to check on her status and welfare and I also get updates on her care. She is paired with a wonderful lady who helps her lead an independent life.

I have nothing to report but positive experiences with Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS). [name removed] was able to have people help my parents on very short notice. SHS has been extremely flexible with their scheduling. The workers have been very nice and understanding regarding my parents needs. My parents formed a very close bond with one of their workers that continues to this day, even though they don’t necessarily need ongoing help as they have moved into assisted-living.

[name removed] was our representative and she was informative and answered all questions. The caretaker was wonderful, always on time and kept house neat. Meet all needs for my husband. Would highly recommend

They allowed me to adjust the length of time to our needs. The person they sent keeps trying new activities to keep my husband,who has Alzheimer's engaged. She has offered to help with even more things than I have asked. She even adjusted her schedule to be able to drive us to a previously scheduled appointment. I'm extremely satisfied!

It's been great working with cornerstone employees especially our health aid that comes and sits with Mom while I'm out running errands or at doctor's appointments. It's been a blessing for me because it takes pressure off me worrying if she's okay while I'm out so yes is program is great I recommend it to anyone struggling that needs help with their elderly parents or whomever they're taken care of. Also [name removed] does light house keeping for me as well. Thank you.

I am 92 years old and my wife has Parkinson's and she cannot be left alone overnight. I am her caregiver. I needed a company which could supply that need as well as some female company for her during the day. This company met that need. The first day of using them i was taken to the hospital. I'm glad for their professional support.

Wonderful staff to work with. Very reliable and consistent. They are motivated to learn about the client's likes and dislikes. I am very impressed with their service.

Senior Helpers is an amazing resource. They are hands on, caring, and anticipate needs before I know we need them. My mom is being very well taken care of and I trust them completely.

[name removed] is very responsible. She works hard at matching up you with the right person. We had a couple of issues but she resolved them quickly. Also had a couple of billing issues and again it was taken care of immediately. I am very happy with her agency.

[name removed] and [name removed] are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating for my mother‘s In Home Care. Basically most anything I’ve needed help on they’ve been able to arrange or take care of. I had to go away for a week and they set up care for overnight and the schedule for their daytime at home people. I had so much to do before leaving that I didn’t get my mother‘s medication in order and they’ve been working on that to help clear up it for me while I’m gone. I’m just really glad that I’ve signed up with this agency.

Senior Helpers personnel listen to your needs. They check in regularly and offer additional assistance if you ask. You can easily get in touch with them if things change.

My wife has Parkinson’s along with chronic dizziness. She has a lot of trouble getting out of bed. [name removed], the owner, was very helpful at finding staff coverage to help her on very short notice. Her staff always showed up on time and were helpful. They helped my wife get aground the house, fixed her smoothies, did some laundry and vacuuming.

Brightwood Health has been a blessing to our family. They matched us with the perfect caregiver. Mom is overjoyed and can’t wait for her caregiver to come. They go on adventures together when Mom is up to it. When Mom is not, her caregiver takes care of her laundry, makes sure her room is clean., makes sure she eats and more. She also makes mom’s bed each time she comes. We couldn’t have asked for better care. It is so easy to contact the office and change schedules. It took us awhile to figure out what worked best for mom and Brightwood was so responsive. We highly recommend Brightwood if your loved needs in home assistance!
