Golden Heart became the provider for my severely autistic mentally disabled son. What a great company! They agreed to staff my son's apartment for 24 hour care on a one-to-one basis when the MCOs were wanting to put him in a group home. The challenges they faced were handled with empathy, open-mindedness, and determination. I am forever grateful. They are so easy to work with....positive, helpful, available, caring, and flexible. The entire team is a testament of what can be done with a can-do attitude.

The best company who addresses our needs to take care of my dad, and helping him to have his healthy life style even though he is not as capable as before. The owners heard us, and truly listened to the hardship which my dad was going through, and provided the best care possible. They made him understand that no matter what he can still have his dignity, live and enjoy his life. We've used Homewatch CareGivers for the last few months for my 91-year old Mom. Mom still tries to be independent, and she doesn't think she needs anyone to help her, but the caregivers were excellent and able to work with my difficult Mom. The caregivers are top notch -- caring, competent and professional. The staff has been wonderful. They have always come through, even when we had a schedule change at the last moment. They are completely trustworthy, dependable and professional, and I wouldn't trust any other company to take care of my Mom.

Choice Senior Home Care provided care for my Dad when he returned home from stroke rehab. They took the time to understand my Dad's circumstances and to match care givers to his needs. They were flexible in adjusting schedules to manage his overall care. The care givers were compassionate and reliable. They assisted with meal preparation, personal hygiene, dressing, medications, transferring, and companionship. They communicated any issues or concerns to family members regularly. We would recommend Choice to anyone with home care needs.

I would like to say that Medstaffers is a great Home Care company. The nurses, office staff and Home Health aides are very kind and always eager to get me the right help. When I first contacted this agency they sent a social worker to our home to find out what our needs are. Next, they sent a nurse out to get a more detailed version of what the caregiver would need to do. They have been very helpful and pleasant. I can call them at any time and ask who is scheduled and they are flexible when I need to change days or times. All of the caregivers they have sent me are hard-working and they are never bored. What I really like is that you will never see the caregivers on their phone. I will also give them a list of tasks that need to be done and if it isn’t checked off, the agency will call them and find out why it wasn’t done. The agency actually holds them accountable. They are also very responsible and follow through with things. I’ve only had one bad experience with a caregiver and he didn’t talk to my husband that well and he let him fall. I have since terminated him and the rest of the caregivers have been great. I would recommend this agency to other families.

We are using Synergy to supplement both my wife, and our regular caretaker for my mother, and so far, it has been a generally pleasant experience. I do feel we are paying an arm and a leg for the service, but it has been helpful. The director, [Removed] is very caring and helpful. She came out and did the initial assessment and came out to the house with the first person they sent over. They have sent over two people, and they second individual is a better fit. Overall, I feel that the service is good, if pricy.

Our experiences with this home care agency were good. My love is doing well now, and I'am pleased with the services we received from this agency. It was a short experience, but I knew he was in good hands. Some of the care givers were really good, and chatted with him. Others weren't as good, but they did everything I asked of them. This is a home care agency I recommend, it worked out well for us.

We have enjoyed the caregivers that have been sent. They are so kind and loving towards my sister. They have met our expectations. The office staff is great and getting back to me quickly answering my questions. They are very communicative with any schedule changes and just checking in to make sure all is well.

GHC does a good job with my mom. The caregivers have worked well with her. The office staff addresses any questions or concerns quickly and works well to resolve them.

The home care provided by Synergy Home Care is pretty good. They have only been working here at my home for a little over a month so far. They try very hard to provide quality care. They send out different care givers each time and some of them are better than others. They show up well groomed and I feel comfortable with them helping me out. They show up on time and are willing to do whatever I ask of them.

My mother received home care for just a short time, but everything went just fine! The staff showed up on time and did what they needed to do in order to take great care of her! If anything, one of the caregivers was a bit talkative, which might be nice to another person, but my mother didn't like it too much. Other than this, everything went fine!

Ezra Home Care went above and then beyond what I expected when it came to providing care for my mother in her home in Boston. We tried to keep my mother in her home as long as possible and Ezra helped to make that happen. Ezra was always available when I had questions or concerns. All the people that I encountered were professional and caring to my mother and my family. They also were extremely accommodating by providing care on short notice in the event someone in my family was unable to care for my mother. When we were faced with the difficulty of the overwhelming task of providing constant care of an aging parent, Ezra Home Care provided professional and consistent care, great communication and compassion which made such a difficult situation a little bit easier. From what I have heard of my loved one's time with Senior Helpers, everything is going just fine. Though we had one small issue with an incident, the staff are sure to arrive on time and take care of my loved one's needs and requests.
