We have used Connecticut Nursing Services I can not really find the words to say how wonderful they were! Very competent, comforting, and caring. They were endlessly patient and reassuring. We were highly impressed with the balanced approach to care and their genuine effort to get to know Family and find a caregiver best suited for her needs.

The staff has been awesome. They come in twice a week and do everything that I need. They assist me with cleaning and with daily living. The lady that takes care of me is friendly and understanding to my needs. She really takes the time to know what I need and when I need it. She really has made a difference in my life,

My 89 year old mother lives at home alone and needs assistance with daily things and someone to check on her for safety reasons. My mom was opposed to anyone coming into her house every day but I convinced her to try it for my peace of mind. I hired this company because they agreed to send two dedicated people so my mom would be familiar with them and vise versa. It took about 2 weeks to get the same caregiver consistently on the schedule but she is absolutely thrilled with their service. The caregiver can anticipate her needs and in turn decrease the stress of living alone. They shop, prepare meals, pre-package them in her refrigerator daily, check that she takes her medicine, take her to appointments, and take daily notes on the items I've requested. The notes are useful to monitor trends for doctor appointments because my mom's memory isn't very good. This has been essential for my mom to stay in her home as long as possible instead of moving into an assisted living facility.

I can't express enough gratitude to the staff and owner of Connecticut Nursing Services during our time of need. It is always tough losing a loved one but having the assistance of multiple nursing assistants and staff members allowed our family to concentrate on celebrating the life of our loved one (in her last couple of years) rather than worrying about her healthcare.

They have worked out quite well so far. We haven't had any complaints or issues with people being late or not showing up. We haven't had any billing issues. It's been pretty smooth.

Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and courteous. My Mom just had her third visit from her caregiver and seems content. This is especially important because she wasn't entirely convinced she needed any help.

My father is being well taken care of by the care giver that comes to our home. She helps with meals and does grocery shopping to assist in what is needed for my dad. She keeps him active and is good company for him. We find her reliable for our needs. We would service for good in home care.

They were extremely helpful and reliable. I would give them a good score. We didn't have any problems or complaints with the service.

This is a wonderful service that is assisting me with taking care of my mom. The caregiver is great and reliable to help with the needs that are very helpful in her care. She helps with the meals for my mom and does help with other things in our home. I would recommend this company for assistance in home care assistance with great care for the value.

This is a wonderful community . A wonderful staff that is very helpful and caring. The food is great and they offer a good variety. Activities are available to keep active. I highly recommend this for other families that want great care.

My mother's experience with this home care agency was a good one. I was pleased with the services they provided her with. The care givers they sent out was good, but my mother had one issue with one of them. The issue was handled and everything worked out well from there. They would help with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. I was pleased with the help they provided. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

We have been happy with them. We have had no complaints, everything has gone pretty smoothly. It's been successful so far.

We give the caregivers Mahalet and Slina an all 5 rating for their compassion, attitude, dependability and competency.

Despite some difficulties in weekend scheduling, the performance of the caregivers, Missy and Sarah as well as the responsiveness of the office staff after hours and the overall quality of the services were excellent.

We have met some wonderful caretakers through Ezra. Our favorite ones were caring, responsible, patient, and understanding. When I was away on a short trip last year, I left my mom in the care of a fabulous young woman whom Ezra sent as a live-in. My mom and she got along like two peas in a pod, and I had peace of mind that mom was safe, well-cared for, and having a good time! We have been using Ezra caretakers for over two years now.

Things have worked out pretty well. We are pretty happy with the service. We haven't had any complaints. They have been helpful and reliable so far.
