excellent caregivers

Due to circumstances that were beyond our control, we had to suspend using this agency for while. However my first impression of them was wonderful and the few hours that I did have them the women was great. From beginning to end this service was understanding and kind. They listened to what I needed for my mom. They were willing to work with me and learn however circumstances changed with both my parents care and they were very understanding and helped me through a stressful situation. I can't say thank you enough and will use them again.

I have no complaints with this agency they are providing the right services for my dad. They are always on time they never cancel appointments. The caregiver who comes out is always consistent they have never rotated staff and they are always friendly and kind. They arrive with the right equipment that needs very professional.

The home care that my mother received was great! She really enjoyed working with caregiver. She was very helpful and gave my mother the care that she needed. Hopefully we will get to use the service again.

I had used this service for in home care for my husband. The staff from this service was very good. We liked that they were helpful in getting us, someone. The caretaker that we had was nice, but they had forgotten do things that were required at the grocery store. We are not longer needed in home care. We would suggest that families make sure that the caretakers know that there is the thing that is required for the position for someone needing good in-home care for a loved one.

Seniorcorp was wonderful to work with. It was a very short time but i felt like i bonded with each person we met! [Removed] was wonderful to talk with on the phone and very thorough and helpful! She had such a caring spirit she made me feel like i was being hugged just by her sweet voice. Our dealings with Hospice were not going very well and seniorcorp was there to help immediately. Our nurse [Removed] was wonderful and very sweet and took wonderful care of my dad. We would recommend Seniorcorp to anyone!

I am very satisfied with the help I have received from Amazing Care. The caregivers are dependable! The staff are very helpful and available.

I like the staff from this service. They were able to send me someone as soon as needed. I like the caretaker who is willing to help with some housework responsibilities. I like knowing that she is always on time and is very nice and respectful. The caretaker is a nice companion and willing to help. We would recommend this service and the care takes for good in-home care for a loved one.

"Transiting from a two-month stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility to home with just the two of us at home (74-year old chronically ill husband and 73-year old spouse) was daunting. EZRA has been helping us with the challenge for almost a month now. They expertly matched us up with an experienced, upbeat 49-year old CNA who is open to many ideas of making our lives easier every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. He helps with walking, bathing, doctor visits, simple meal preparation, patient exercising, reading newspapers, vacuuming and fun conversation. [Removed] is amazing. She is so good at what she does. Because how she cares for my husband help me a great deal with my stress levels. The cost is high but worth it but not sure what to do once my savings account is depleted

We have really liked this service. The staff has been able to get us, someone, to come into our home for care for my brother. The caretaker is very nice and always arrives on time. The caretaker does help with some cooking and personal care. We are happy to see that he arrives on time. We would highly recommend this service and the caretaker to other families.

I have had phone calls and one meeting with [Removed] at Southern Companions and will start with their services Tues. 5/30/17. I am very pleased with them so far. Pruitt Health just finished one week of service with us and they are great. I am pleased with each of the employees that have been to my home. Thanks for your help.

The caregivers at HomeLife Senior Care are competent and caring. They take over in the evenings so I can get a good nights sleep and so I can go out shopping. The caregivers show good work ethics by being pleasant and they remember what I tell them. They are very good at helping my husband sleep with confidence when I am not there, and they help him feel safe. The caregivers show compassion through their kind and caring personalities. They are a good match for my husband because they listen to him, they are kind, and they enjoy each other. The communication with the office support staff is also good.

A definite thumbs-up! The Ezra team is passionate about helping family members in the difficult task of caring for their elder parents. They are resourceful, reliable and caring.

I am happy with this service for my mom. The staff was able to find me, someone, as soon as needed. I like the caretaker who arrived on time. We liked the care, but we wanted to have assistance with making homemade meals. We wanted someone to come in the would be the same caretaker on a regular basis. My mother is very happy with the care that she is receiving. She just loves the lady who comes in and works with her three times a week. She is sure to give my mother the care that she needs. So far, so good!

We had an urgent need for a caregiver since we needed to be out of town the next day. Southern Companions contacted us within 30 minutes. We detailed our needs and urgency to have a skilled caregiver. We made an appointment and Met with [Removed] within a couple of hours. Before they left they had the visit for the next day set up and scheduled. The aide they sent was very knowledgeable and worked well with my Mom who has severe Alzheimer's. I will definitely use them in the future.
