They are wonderful! Everything was great! I felt like I did not have to worry about my mother-in-law or her care needs The caregiver was on time and proactive. the office staff was helpful and able to assist with any concerns.

They show up on time and do everything on the list that they're supposed to do. They're a really good service. We have two different caregivers. One goes above and beyond, and the other is still great. We're on a set schedule, so everything is the pretty much the same day to day.

I would tell others to try First Light Home Care. They are willing to work with you and the family. They will make sure the right fit with the staff and your loved one. The office staff is quick to respond to any questions. They provide light cleaning, walking with our loved one, and companionship for our loved one.

They're localized, and they'll do whatever you want them do. I've found their transportation services and companionship to be the most helpful. I had a little problem with bookkeeping. They kept sending me my loved one's bill, but they were efficient with straightening that out. I would say they're very efficient overall.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff is friendly and we were very impressed with the community. The tour was great and the community was neat and clean.

Senior Helpers has provided in-home help to my father for about one and one-half years. The help is good, and importantly for us, they have bent over backwards to find replacement help for Dad when his primary caregiver is unavailable. On all but maybe 1 or 2 occasions, Senor Helpers has provided a caregiver and usually on short notice! My dad is unhappy about a recent price increase, but I've told him that demand is higher for caregivers/workers now than it was during the darkest days of Covid, and Senior Helpers is likely trying to retain their workers and even add new ones. In any event, I've said (and he agrees), Senior Helpers can only be as reliable and accommodating as they are if they have a reasonably stable roster of workers who are happy with their jobs. I highly recommend Senior Helpers.

This company is very professional and responded immediately when I called them. I live 2 hours away from my brother and could not be there to find out why he sounded so confused. The nurses went that evening and I was given an update on his status. I am a retired RN and had several questions and concerns. This quick response was so helpful.

They are a very reputable company. They provide the caregivers as requested. They are by the book with their policies. The office staff are very friendly to deal with. They are very prompt at responses. They provided companion care and preparing some meals for my loved one.

I have used Senior Helpers for a scheduled 3 hrs per visit, twice a week. We have been fortunate to have Mike after the first initial visit. He tries to engage my husband with Alzheimers of 9 years and that is not always an easy task. He is prompt, easy to talk to and seems to enjoy what he is doing.

We found them to be very helpful when we needed to change our hours. The CNAs were very dependable. The administrative staff have been very helpful as well. We liked that their services were available any time. It's expensive though, especially paying out of pocket. I just wish they would take insurance.

We had a great experience with Synergy home care. The caretakers were great and it was not just a job for them, they earned my moms trust. I would just tell them what you are looking for and they will pair a caretaker with you who will work with what you need. I would recommended to others who are looking.

I will be happy to recommend Griswold Home Care and the services. We were very happy with the services. The caregivers were so sweet and very good at their job. The office staff was great and helpful.

It was been pleasure to work with the company. The caregivers were able to handle the situation with my wife- she was not the easiest to deal with but they did not get flustered and were able to keep their composure. If I could give a 10 to the office staff, I would do it! Very helpful, kind, considerate and thoughtful.

They have done a very good job with my mom and go beyond expectations. The customer service is amazing. My mom really likes the caregivers and she enjoys the time they spend together. I would recommend this service to others.

We chose Steps HomeCare Services because they were agreeable to work within our budget, they returned my phone call property, and they were an on hands agency, so the administrator was very present. The caregivers were very compassionate, caring, and took care of my mother well. There were a few things I was not 100% pleased with such as cooking and cleaning skills. I would recommend this agency to others looking.

[name removed] with Senior Services truly cares about taking care of your loved one and checks with you periodically to make sure the caregiver is a good fit for your family member. We have some excellent caregivers taking care of my parents who both have severe dementia. I would highly recommend Senior Services Options!

I think they're very professional. They have a notebook that they take notes in so the family knows what's going on throughout the day. They were great at interacting with my loved one, who was resistant to them being there. They were prompt to arrive I would recommend them to other families.

Thanks so much for all you did for us last week. My mother was at peace Friday when she passed. We are so grateful for you stepping right in and making it happen – to handle meds and watching over our Mom in her last day.

I would recommend them to others. They are punctional, if someone can't show up on time they will send another caregiver to help out. They will do cleaning, cooking, and take your loved one to the doctor. They will pretty much do anything you want them to do.
