It was a good experience. They worked with us quite well. I liked that they had the same nurse for us most of the day. And that was one thing that we really needed, because my loved one didn't accept different people. He liked the one they sent quite well, and she did a good job with him.

Home Instead Senior Care has been very accommodating, flexible, and helpful, We have been extremely pleased with our experience with them and I would recommend their services to others looking.

At this community they have been fantastic with these services just a God send. They have great communication, very clear with any communication and very professional staff.

Home Instead has constantly and consistently pivoted to meet my needs for my father. They have truly been my partner in his care. I appreciate their transparency, heart, inventiveness and work ethic. They have also been receptive and supportive as I spin thoughts off them, in this never ending puzzle. I feel so fortunate to have them.

Our loved one is not ready for "strangers" to come and go out of the house, but the lady we have continued to speak with has been so lovely and wonderful we absolutely love her. She knows we are not ready for home care yet, but still continues to reach out and check in with our families on a regular basis.

If you're thinking about home care, I would say go for it with Griswold. Before I actually talked to anyone, I had checked out their ratings online, and they came highly recommended. When the owner came out to the house, I liked his attitude and presentation, all of the above. The woman who does the invoicing and who I was in the most regular contact with was excellent, although I believe she's gone now. We've had several caregivers, and they've all taken excellent care of my loved one. We started out with just one day a week with a caregiver who was great and could be relied upon. Then I decided I needed more help around the household in general, and we added a couple others. One of them was excellent at helping out with household things, but the other one was not so good. But I understand that help around the house is not their main purpose here anyway.

They've been great. I can't say enough good things about them. They really go out of their way to hire the best staff that they can. They are very proactive in dealing with issues that may come up. They come with solutions rather than problems. And they are on top of the problem before I'm even aware there is a problem. Their cost is competitive as well compared to others.

Working for Comfort Keepers has been a very good choice for me. As a retired RN, I worked many years in the hospital and home health care. I enjoy caring for clients and getting to know their families. With comfor t Keepers I spend part or a whole day with my client interacting with them, implementing the client and their family's goals for personal care. We assist the client with personal care, appointments, lunch in town, or a car ride to enjoy fresh air and beauty the season has to offer. We do household chores, cooking, and encourage clients in their hobbies and interest, giving them sense of fulfillment. Caring for my clients has been a source of great joy for me. I also get to make choices about my availability for work, and with notice to company staff, have my personal appoints arranged as needed. This company is very respectful to me. This is the way to go for any services . If you need home care for a loved one go to Homewell. The staff that they have sent have majority been great we have had some bad but overall things have been good.

I was in desperate need of home health care for my elderly mother on a very short-term basis. Ezra Home Care came through when no other agency in the Newton area could. The staff at Ezra bent over backward to help someone who was not a client and with the understanding it was a very short-term need. [name removed] (VP of Sales & Marketing) was extremely responsive and transparent about the worker shortage and the possibility they might not be able to place someone on such short notice (24 hours) and for only a few days. Within two hours of my inquiry, she called me back to let me know they could help. Everyone I dealt with, including the owner, [name removed], and [name removed], the Client Support Manager, were professional, caring and responsive. Thanks to the team at Ezra, my mother was able to stay at home safely, and I had peace of mind from 2,000 miles away.

I was completely satisfied and felt well taken care of from beginning to end. Some of the services they offered us were: companionship, running errands, and some assistance around the house. My loved one was happy with their services.

They're on time. If I put a call in they're prompt to respond. But I generally don't have to call them about anything, maybe once or twice with a question. The caregiver is from our neighborhood and she does an okay job. She always tries to do her best. The woman who is head of scheduling wills stop in just to say hi. I haven't had to call them about any issues or anything. I would recommend them to others.

It's going quite well. Their help has been a real life saver for my mom. They've been professional, friendly, and helpful with my dad. They've been respectful and treated him with dignity, and that's been a great comfort to my mom.

We have had a terrific experience so far, we are very happy. The quality from the care takers has been great, they have been very efficient and everything has gone smoothly.

They have been extremely reliable they always show up onetime. The workers are very kind and protective of my love one. They also help push her to do things she wouldn't normally do.

They've really done a good job with my sister, who can be very difficult. A previous service said they couldn't handle her anymore, but Senior Helpers came in and were able to care for her. They always let me know if somebody's going to be late. They keep me abreast of what's happening, and every month at the beginning of the month, I get the schedule of who's going to be on and when, which I really appreciate, because when I call over there, I know who I'm talking to. I can't say enough good things about them.

Rick is truly the most compassionate - caring - understanding and friendly guy - you are so fortunate to have him as an employee - Rick and Vince became BUDDIES right from the start.

What a fantastic caregiver! [name removed] routinely takes the initiative to anticipate and provide a level of care for my mom (over 1,000 miles from me) that goes above and beyond any training manual. She thinks ahead and resolves many potential issues before they can turn into bigger problems. She brings her resourcefulness and professionalism to everything she does.
