This agency has been a great help! I needed some help with my grandmothe recently and the agency was able to step in and assist me with doing that time. The caregiver [name removed], was really nice and my grandmther absolutely loves her! This is a top-notch agency. I definetly recommnend this agency.

[name removed] came to our home and answered all our questions. She helped us to decide on the right hours and care for my Mom. My Mom is relieved that she has a kind and caring caregiver. [name removed] at the office is a good listener.

Home Instead provided exceptional care for my mom and dad. Every staff member, from the owner on down, was dedicated, reliable and kind to me as the primary caregiver, and especially to my geriatric parents . The quality of care was incredible, evidenced by kindness, respect, consistency and dedication. The workers were always on time and paid attention to details of the Care Plan. Each person I had contact with helped me be a better caretaker and provided support and assistance with a pleasant, caring and professional attitude. The people in the office were always cheerfully helpful, happy to assist in any way possible. The workers who cared first for my father, then three years later for my mother, each had a stellar work ethic. They all showed respect and caring for my mom and dad, in such a way as to keep their dignity intact. Home Instead provided the kind of caretaking which allowed me to focus on loving mom & dad and put trust in their care, a phenomenal gift.

I had an elderly father that needed overnight care after a hospitalization release, and I needed to find the right person for the job immediately. I got referred to Home Instead - they came by the same day, and set us up with [name removed], who was exactly what we needed. There's not too much more to say, I was taken care of the same day I needed someone, and I couldn't have asked for anyone any better then who they sent. [name removed] was kind, helpful, compassionate and overall excellent. The office staff was kind and always helpful. I am so glad I called Home Instead. I highly recommend Advantage and had the best experience with them. We were overwhelmed trying to take care of our family member in need. Their caregivers came in and took that challenge off of us and we could not have done this without them.

Synergy provides daily care for my Mother In Law who has Dementia. The care staff is very professional, caring, on time and respond to requests. The Office staff "[name removed]" is very quick to respond to any questions and will work with you to help balance financial and care needs. If you have insurance, Synergy takes care of all the processing for you. We live a few hours away from my Mother In Law and Synergy allows us to feel that she is safe and cared for so we can enjoy her more from a distance and when we come to visit. We have even seen her health improve since Synergy started working with her. They keep her on a healthy diet and play games that stimulate cognitive development. We are really happy with Synergy and look forward to a long relationship because their care will allow our Mother In Law to live happily, independently, and in good health for years to come.

We have been through countless of the larger, well known agencies and were met the same problems with all of them-staffing issues, never knowing who would show up, unprofessional staff, hidden fees, cancellations, etc. A friend who is in the medical field suggested I give Brightcare a call. They immediately met with us and had us set up for services in 2 days. The have since sent the same caregiver every time, never had to cancel on us, and one time our regular caregiver couldn’t come and the director of the Lafayette branch called me herself before sending someone else in to make sure I was comfortable with that. She accompanied the first caregiver as well as the stand in one to our home to introduce mom to them. You can tell she and all of her caregivers really care for their clients-this is why you always go local people, you’ll get that personalized compassion. I can’t thank Brightcare enough for changing our view on Homecare agencies.

I have been using their services since 2021 for my father. My dad needs 24 hours care. Caregivers are very reliable, flexible and provide high quality care. Thanks to [name removed], he is always there when we need them!

Needing immediate home care for my father, Brightstar of Coral Gables was very responsive to our needs. Further adjustments to the scheduling of help were made efficiently and quickly. The caregivers were helpful and caring, even when though some of the caregivers struggled with English.

The sitters provided to help us watch and care for our 82 year old Parkinsons father have been life savers! They listen and communicate and have given my family the assistance we need that allows us to know he’s cared for when we can’t be with him. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful with his care. We are so glad we found them to help us during his difficult recovery away from home.

When my Dad entered Hospice care, I wanted to find a caregiver to provide companionship and oversight for him on the weekends, as the facility where he lives is often understaffed and I live out of state. I called six agencies and only Home Matters was able to find a caregiver for us. And what a gem! She provided an invaluable service to to our family by easing my Dad’s loneliness (he very enjoyed the time she spent with him) and she was able to keep an eye on things for me in my absence. Ezra Home care provided caregivers for my mother for several years and then for my dad for over a year. Their caregivers were kind, patient, and helpful. They were also reliable. They performed personal care, light housekeeping, and provided rides or accompanied my parents for shopping and doctor appointments. The administrative office was responsive and efficient. When my mom moved into long-term care, my dad felt he did not need as much care, but in hindsight, [name removed] said that [name removed] would have been flexible in arranging fewer hours. I would recommend [name removed]home care highly.

Not interested fully time scales Scarborough an kennen Maine and hasty hill northern Limington Maine and respectively the northern coast of Maine is very similar in terms to what we are seeing here on earth in a few years ago but I don’t see the difference between a good and an awful hill in terms

[name removed]has been a wonderful help to the family, he’s been amazing with helping around the house and being here for us. He stays a little extra when needed, very flexible, always on time, and overall he’s become like a son to me. He just fit into the family.

We have had the honor of having the best caregiver for over 2 years now and he has been a true blessing to us. We think of him as a part of our family now. He has a wonderful demeanor and has been instrumental in helping to keep my husband at home during a difficult time in our lives.
