The care my dad received allowed us to get the breaks we needed and know he was in good hands. He genuinely liked his care givers and they were like part of the family.

I needed a caregiver to help me during my medical recovery. We interviewed with [name removed] he is very pleasant and professional. He listened to what services I required during my recovery and followed up with questions. [name removed] assigned the perfect caregiver for me, very compassionate and caring, she is a perfect match. My caregiver got me up and walking and exercising within her first few visits. Because of my caregiver I will be ready to resume my normal life before my hospitalization. I recommend FirstLight Home Care of Cerritos.

Didn’t get to use them as my father went on hospice but they were great in help guiding on how we should do things!

I tore my Achilles tendon and had my foot in a cast. My provider name is hard to pronounce. I call her [name removed] helps me with everything and when I try to do almost anything she doesn’t let me. Always comes early and if I have a doctors appointment she locks the door after she’s done. I can’t cook too good so she helps me cook dinner and sometimes lunch. I just came back from competing in the National Veterans Golden Age Games and got a silver. [name removed] helped with my recovery by reminding me about my meds and even suggesting stretching exercises . I feel extremely blessed to have such a supportive person in my life.

Care PRN took over my brother's in home care for approximately a month. They provided the Care needed because he was bed ridden. The only reason my sister in law discontinued services was because of the cost. He was in Hospice the final 2 weeks and passed on [date removed].

SHS has been such a blessing for our family. From the initial phone call with the manager to the day to day care with the caregiver, everyone has been extremely helpful, available, caring, and great to work with. The manager was informative, personable, and patient helping my family navigate the caregiving process. She was able to put a caregiver in place in two days! She has been very responsive to any questions, needs, or concerns we have. The caregiver has been an amazing caregiver and my parents love her and love the care she provides. If she has a day off, SHS has been diligent to find a substitute caregiver. I highly recommend SHS. They are professional, reliable, and compassionate.

They were very good, helpful and attentive to our needs. I was satisfied.

My caregiver was always prompt, friendly, patient. Her manager stayed in touch as well. All in all, it was a good experience.

Bright star was very helpful in so many ways including some we did not realize we needed. They were very responsive to our inquiries and very helpful for our parents.

Our experience with Griswold Home Care of OKC has been very positive from our first contact. One of the co-owners of the company came to our home to do the assessment. She was professional and caring. The home health aid selected for us was a perfect fit. Communication flows frequently and smoothly between us, the company and the home health aid. The care and support received has made a positive difference in our home without being intrusive. We are so pleased and grateful to Griswold Home Care.

Able to turn around our request within 24 hours. Met us at the hospital and helped navigate the questions we didn’t know to ask from day zero. Available to talk and share feedback. Support for our dad is exactly what he needs. Definately recommend Home Helpers.

This group was awesome! They were accommodating, professional and very kind! It was exactly what I was looking for as help for my friend. I would use this group again and definitely would recommend them to anyone!!

We have been extremely pleased with the level of care offered by Home Instead. The ladies who work with my mom are caring and professional and capable. The individuals that I’ve talked with regarding scheduling or changes in scheduling have been very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Home Instead for patients who want to stay in their home as they age.

I had a great experience with them when my caregiver was unavailable. They would always have someone to replace her.

We interviewed 6 agencies before we selected [name removed]. She was professional, kind, caring and it was clear she was passionate about this kind of work. Not to say others were not; however my mother, my brother and myself clicked with her pretty quickly. It has been about 5 1/2 months we have been with Copper Star and my mom is very comfortable with the worker [name removed] placed with her. We also liked that they will do a 1 hour minimum, all other agencies require a 2 hour minimum. They are flexible with the schedule which is a plus. Highly recommend.

Great services for my mother in law and recommended them to a friend and she also is extremely pleased with the services of the caregiver they provided for her brother. Highly recommend them. Particularly like the flexibility in scheduling they provide. You can receive as few or many hours you need without being forced into a minimum of 4 or more hours.

Very responsive in their communications, we have a wonderful and helpful person visiting and very happy with our arrangement for in home care.

Working with Home Instead was a delight. The caregivers of this organization were well trained, professional, showed up on time and most importantly were truly compassionate. My husband loved each and every one of them for different reasons. They shared who they were with generosity and interest. Most of them were fascinating people themselves and shared who they were this made the last months of my husband‘s life brought joy and a sense of discovery. I can't say enough good things about them...from visiting me in the hospital to set things up before I went home to complete reliability, flexibility, and kindness throughout the time I received services once home. Queen Homecare is the best! I can't say enough good things about them. The owner is amazing, personable and the sweetest and truly cares for her clients. She makes sure the caregivers and client feels comfortable with each other. Is easy to get a hold of and work with when we need to make schedule changes, etc...
