What we like the most about A Homemade Plan is the staff and how professional they are. Your staff took good care of my late husband and worked to maintain his dignity during the last week of his life. Based on the experience we have had, I would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell them that overall it was a good experience but it took some adjustments. The 1st young lady that was assigned to us was very nice, but needed my direction re: what to do and when. We had a substitute one day who was not trained at all and pretty much just sat in a chair the whole time. After speaking with manager, we were assigned a wonderful young woman, who had experience and training and we were so pleased from that time on. I was able to trust her with my mom which was a big deal!! I think the 1st person just needed more training. The sub should not be in this line of work. Our eventual person, [name removed], was a God-send. Like any of the agencies, I am sure getting employees is difficult and training takes time. Overall, we were happy with SH. They responded to our concerns and worked with us to provide what we needed.

I was about to come home after 2 months of hospitals and rehab places but the timing could have been better. My wife and 19 year old son were planning to leave in less than 48 hours on a 350 mile trip to a family wedding and they really wanted to go but was worried about my safety. Before coming home, I spent a couple of days researching companies who could keep an eye on me and also could continue wound care dressing changes. I engaged One Source Healthcare Agency after a talk with the owner and with the registered nurse who would be supervising the aide and who would be in charge of dressing changes. I immediately knew I would feel comfortable. The RN was professional and put me at ease. The home health aide went out of her way to be helpful. I highly recommend One Source Healthcare Agency!

My time with Superior was very pleasant. Our caregiver was excellent. She was very caring. The agents in the office were very understanding and easy to work with. They interacted with my husband quite well. I would recommend Superior Senior Care services to those looking for reliable home care.

A Place for Mom is a very good place to start when you’re looking for care for an elderly parent. They called back/emailed promptly and followed through immediately. They are still checking back with me to see if they can be of further assistance. I appreciate all their support.

The care my mother receives with Trusted Hearts is exceptional. The caregiver goes above and beyond to ensure that she is actively engaged throughout the day. Since she has Dementia, it’s critical to know how to communicate and my mother sees her caregiver as a friend. Attentive Care Provided excellent care for my mom. The company was very helpful and attentive to any questions that I had. I was very impressed with every staff member that attended to my mother. The staff and management were very helpful. They exceeded my expectations. The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. We only used them a short time before transition to nursing facility. They were very helpful in everything. Answered questions, explained themselves, extremely helpful during transition time

My husband passed in [date removed], but Interim Care was excellent. They were dependable and flexible regarding scheduling as needed. My aide did anything I asked to be helpful. My husband felt comfortable with their care.

[name removed] is always prompt and has good communication with us. She is a pleasant woman who is diligent with her tasks. In addition to assisting my husband with showering, she makes sure he exercises multiple times during her visit and works on his speech difficulties with him. We are grateful for her.

When my father fell and went in to the hospital - I found myself in urgent need of 24 hour care for my mother and the team at Assisting Hands came through big time! I was really in tough situation and it was over a holiday to top it off... [names removed]came through with care workers to cover day and over-night shifts to keep my mom (who has Alzheimers) safe. I was continuously impressed with everyone I had contact with in the organization and their constant communication and professionalism. The individual care workers [names removed] were all wonderful - they provided helpful updates about their shifts and summarized how my mom was doing and it gave me incredible peace of mind. I have even arranged for them to do additional hours helping out my dad - they are awesome! I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking quality, professional help. They are truly outstanding!

The day after we contacted Home Instead, Our caregiver came by our home to meet us. Our relationship clicked almost immediately. It took my wife a little longer to get comfortable, but she's the one that needed the care, so that's understandable. Our caregiver is about the same age as our children, so that was a plus, too. She had children that were the same age as our grandchildren. She very quickly became like family to us. She called my wife mamma [name removed] and took care of her like she was her own mother. I can't tell you how much she's meant to us. Two weeks ago I had to move my wife to memory care, she agreed to stay on during my wife's transition and that, too, was very helpful. If I had to do this all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Home Instead.

The customer service was great. They showed great attention to detail. Were patient. Tried accommodating our needs. Routinely checked in with family.

After interviewing a few better known companies I found that senior helpers were willing to work with me in formulating " the right fit" in addressing my family's specific needs. I've been very satisfied with the caregivers provided, the customary handbook with daily logs and the secure feeling that my family is in good hands while we're not there.

Name removed was fantastic. She responded quickly to our inquiry and visited us at my mother’s home shortly thereafter. She offered excellent advice and demonstrated a genuine sense of concern and compassion for our situation. The cost estimate she provided was reasonable, addressed our needs and was fully in line with what we had discussed.

Initially we decided on Homewell for the care of my mom. I found the company professional, caring, and detail oriented. I was seriously disappointed not being able to work with them. [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing and helped me make the most important decision when it didn't benefit them. My mother ended up getting ill and 24 hr memory care was the only alternative for our family. I would definitely recommend Homewell over and over again.
