I live out of town and am the POA for my sister who lives in Shoreline. I'm so thankful for the staff of the Mountlake Terrace Home Instead! My sister has dementia and lives in a memory care facility. Home Instead has provided consistent regular companionship for over a year, taking her out twice a week. Her companion has such compassion and patience. The way she redirects my sister is so very professional. The daily written summary that I can easily access, helps me know what's going on. Thank you! You are a God-send and such a blessing to our family!

The care giver works well with my husband, they come by and check on him, and they also ask how I'm doing and if need anything. I would recommend their services

My mom was only able to have one visit before she was hospitalized but everyone with home instead was great, and helpful. We only had one day of care before my mom was hospitalized but everyone was great from start to finish

She was beyond patient with us as we navigated this new chapter in our lives. She met with us at our convenience and returned every text and email in a timely fashion, even on the weekends. [name removed] was more than willing to meet our crazy scheduling demands and worked hard to find the most perfect caregivers for our mom. We are almost 15 weeks in and Cornerstone continues to provide wonderful care to our mother.

We had a good experience with the American In-Home care, and I felt like there was always help if needed

They took good care of my mother during her last days. They were sensitive, kind, and helpful, not only to Mom but also to my family. They tried to give Mom the best care possible and to do so in the context of our financial concerns. I highly recommend them to provide care for your loved one.

She makes sure all clients have the greatest of care and take pride and value in the caregivers she hires, who are the most suitable to take great care of the clients. She truly uses this buisness as a vessel for Christ in providing great care to those that need it.

Home Instead has been a big help to my husband with dementia. The health aide comes twice a week and has seen that he gets out of the house, sees other people and exercises. Before she came he just sat and stared out the window in the dark while I was at work. His energy level is much better. He feels like he is contributing to the family when he can run errands with her driving. I am retired now, but keeping the services.
