They were great communicators if I called I was never put on hold all my question were answered on the spot.. the office staff are very knowledgeable and were able to get care givers that were a perfect match for my moms situation.. mom loved the girls that were were living w her.

The caregivers that come to take care of my father are just amazing. He raves about them. They are so kind and responsive and most of all loving. They really try their best to make him happy and cared for. I thought Dad would not be receptive to help and would give them a problem, but he is very happy with them. We hired Canaan Home Care to provide respite care when my Dad was on hospice at home and my mother was caring for him. When it became too much for my mother to manage his care, we increased to 24/7 caregiving through Canaan. [name removed], the coordinator was very prompt in getting care aligned, and worked with us to figure out the best personality match for my parents. The two caregivers we worked with were very professional and caring with my Dad. It was a great comfort to us to have them here, especially when he passed.
