Overall it's great, however, The billing department is not dependable. She is only in office a few hours per day. She does not have an extension nor email address. Invoices are sent sporadically and sometimes it gives me a link to do electronically. My dad says they provide great care!

After my dad’s surgery, A Place At Home, Little Rock provided exceptional support. The caregiver helped with meals, medication reminders, and mobility until he regained independence. Their compassion and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

I'd say we're at a 5 for those items. The caregiver we have now is very attentive to my parents. Both have dementia and [name removed] been great about being watchful and adjusting to their needs. We had a bit of a tough transition to having someone in the house. The first caregiver wasn't a good fit for mom and dad. Tender Hands were very good about providing another caregiver.
