I am a person that usually doesn't feel comfortable with people coming in my home. I needed help, and found the best agency in Columbus. PostOp they washed me, washed my clothes, dishes, changed my bed linen, took me back and forth to my doctor's appointments, and so much more. Both young ladies surpassed what I was expecting. I am having another outpatient surgery and will call Home Plus Care again if needed when I know the date.

I was very impressed with the caregivers that came to my house. They did everything I asked cheerfully.

And then just totally new to our family. My mother was healthy and strong until she was 92 then she developed dementia. The folks at right at home have been invaluable. Their assistance as well as their depth of knowledge and care have helped us as a family transition into uncharted territory.

Amada was very attentive to our needs and Mom's needs. They stayed with her 24 hours a day for a week while I was 3 states away making arrangements for my husband and sister to be able to come down to Texas to be with her in her final days. Amada worked with and scheduled with us while finding kind people to take care of my mother.

[name removed] & [name removed] worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs. They truly make an effort to get to know you and work with you to find the perfect caretakers for your specific needs. They just get it. An absolute pleasure to work with.

I was matched with a compatible helper and am very satisfied. She is kind and considerate and meets my needs and requirements. I have found her to be reliable and trustworthy.. I highly recommend this organization. Their staff is very cooperative, especially [name removed] who is always ready to effectively meet your needs

The whole experience from the very first phone call until now, has been a very professional and wonderful experience. This agency has been very accommodating to my mother’s needs. She made a connection and developed a great rapport from the very beginning. All of my questions and concerns always received a quick response with flexibility and understanding.

Working with Cornerstone is very good. They are very accommodating to all my needs. Very easy to work with. I have no problems with Cornerstone.

Facilitated interfacing between clients and insurance provider. Agency is available to assist clients with problems encountered in all aspects of care.

Griswold of East Polk County has provided excellent service and caregiver for our family. From identifying specific needs for my 96 yo mother, explaining options of care available and then providing a wonderful caregiver to fit our home, we are very satisfied and happy clients!

I like it that my caregiver gets me out. I had to sell my car because I can no longer drive due to an accident. Rides are provided here but are not very convenient. Sometimes they can take me but I have to get my own ride back, if it's after 3:00. I have to schedule my appointments for the afternoon because I can't be ready to go before noon. My helper is a safe driver and is helperful. This is all I have to say about it

It is important to be clear about what services you need so they can select the right caregiver for you.

She got to stay at home where she was comfortable and happy until she didn’t have enough money to continue that is the sad thing about when you work your whole life to end up with having people stay with you until your money runs out which is not long and you have no choice but to go to nursing home where they are under paid and under staffed. You are no longer a person you are a low paying job for someone to hurry up and get to next one for the day. Sad !!!

The owner of the agency is amazing as well, as the two caregivers that were assigned to us. They are very caring and helpful in caring for my wife that has both dementia and alzheimer's.

[name removed] helped out daily for 10 days. Great company. Assisted with exercises, light house keeping and meals. He was able to take me to doctor’s office visit. Highly recommend.
