Every single person they have sent is very friendly! And if someone calls in , they always call me and find someone else right away. They are good at communicating. Our families experience is that they have great communication. Everyone they have sent is very friendly and they always find someone to come if the scheduled caregiver can't make it.

Staffing personnel was just what I needed for the in home care from the last visit last year.

They did a great job of understanding our needs & selected an individual that was perfect. Our caregiver was always on time and went above and beyond her required duties. She bonded with us very quickly and made sure that my wife's needs came first.

For the one year when Care Connect was involved, I never heard the word "no" from [name removed], or from any of her aides. Whatever your care needs, you have found the right agency! My experience with the staff at Care Connect has been all positive as they have cared for my special needs Aunt for over 4 years now. They go out of their way to make her feel special when she is reliant and not able to care for herself which is very important. They have become her family which means so much to us all. The company provides flexible hours for its patients at a reasonable cost per hour. The caregivers are always prompt and attentive and willing to assist the patient in whatever capacity within the constraints of company policy.

I think my dad only used them 3 times before he ended up going into an assisted living facility though. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I was helped in looking for places for my wife with Alzheimer's, but I'm still at this point taking care of her. But, when it gets to be to much for me, I have a much better head start on nice places for her.

What I appreciate most is how the agency tailors care to my mom’s specific dementia needs. Her caregiver knows how to keep her calm and engaged. I’ve seen her smile more in the last month than I had in the past year. The whole team is outstanding.

I like that the agency is very responsive, and the majority of caregivers are very good and nice. The agency made our experience positive by being reliable. My caregivers did well at showering the client. The office staff has been helpful by being available whenever I call. Our caregivers were matched to our needs by being cheerful and good with the elderly. I would have appreciated it if a couple of caregivers had been more proactive with the cleaning.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They were quick to help with our emergency situation and found help for us within hours. The two people (I wish I could remember their names) who first came to introduce the company and their services were a great resource for people like us who had no clue where to get help for my mom. They were also incredibly kind and supportive and stayed with us while we were in the midst of a medical emergency with her. Their knowledge of the process ahead helped us tremendously. The home helpers were good but understandably some were better than others. It's usually just a matter of a good patient and helper fit.
