In interviewing Midland, SC agencies to help me care for difficult needs my loved one has with advancing dementia, I appreciated the effort by Wellhaven’s management to try and get good personality matches for both my loved one and for me. The caregivers they’ve assigned have been very patient, competent, and compassionate. They have more than impressed me and my extended family of their skill set and worth!

As someone who still lives independently, I was hesitant about having someone come into my home. But my caregiver is kind, respectful, and truly makes my day brighter. We share laughs, play cards, and she helps keep me on track with my medication. Her companionship has meant everything to me.

Very helpful with coordinating billing with Insurance Company . Recruited someone in area when mom wanted 10 hours per day 7 days per week. Were also accommodating when scaled back to 9 hours per day.

They were on top of it with helpers when one couldn't make it.

The staff was always professional and respectful. The nurses were kind, encouraging and honest, but understandably thoughtful and sympathetic towards the situation. They accommodated our wishes and requests when possible. They always responded to our calls and followed up to any issues.

I think the rates have increased a little since we signed up, but that's to be expected over time. We decreased the number of visits in response. The woman that comes regularly [name removed] is helpful and personable (talkative), which is good for my mom who has dementia and benefits from folks talking to her. [name removed] is also very helpful when it comes to cleaning and taking my parents to do errands
