They are very caring. They are always asking my loved ones if there is something else they can do. The person that is coming to do my loved one's wash is wonderful. They go above and beyond.

I like that they are available to help and they are doing the best they can to get them here. I like that they communicate well.

[Name removed] came out for an assessment and sent Ruby out 3/6 for a meet and greet. Young lady was nice but was not a good fit for my mom. Waiting on [name removed] to call me back, left her a email [removed]

Home health aide assists my wife with showering or bed baths, feeding and use of toilet. She also changes bed linens and does laundry when needed. She arrives between 7:00 AM and 8:00am and leaves at 2:45-3:00 PM. She is friendly and encourages my wife to cooperate .

Bright Star is a good care provider. My only negative is the ever changing faces of who the care giver is each day and the lack of punctuality in the mornings. The office staff is on top of things and will call to check if something happens to suspend care for a short time.

Steadfast Categivers were there when we needed them. They provided quality care to mom at a time we didn’t know what we needed. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is that nobody is perfect.

Great staff in administrative office to work with. Very accommodating and comparable prices. Care giver was very kind and patient. I needed more communication as to how visiting and care was going. Since my mom has dementia I couldn’t get a report so to speak. We did get in a groove. I had only use the services when I traveled but am now needing more weekly care a few hours in the morning.

Am staying in my home and having a aide come in 4 days a week for a half day. Working pretty well.

Com For Care provided much needed assistance to us while we were transitioning a family member to a higher level of care. [name removed] was timely with all communication, and she and the staff were responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

Synergy homecare has sent very good help. There was one day when I was in a bad mood; I apologized to the caregiver for being a curmudgeon and the caregiver told me that I was a joy which made my day.

Synergy homecare has met my expectations. The caregivers are a good match because they care for my dad's safety and they do little things I ask of them. Synergy's office staff is very upfront with problems when they come up and they are able to deal with them.

I used this home care agency for my Mom. The experience was alright. The first caregiver they sent wasn’t a good fit for us so they switched them out for someone else that seemed a bit better. The agency itself was pretty responsive and good about meeting our immediate needs. There was always someone available to speak to when we called. The caregiver that we wound up liking seemed knowledgeable about the type of care my Mom needed. She did some light housekeeping and tried to crafts and other activities. She really tried her best but it ultimately it didn’t work out for us.

Both of my parents received care from this agency and it was good overall. For my father the care takers would do the cooking and light housekeeping, but then it would sit down. That wouldn’t be the caretakers fault it would just be because that my father wouldn’t tell them what to do. They were also helpful with taking him to do errands and such. For my mother the care takers came in and assisted her with physical therapy and bathing, so it was good. I recommend their care service.

The care givers that they sent out for my love one were decent. They seemed to care about what they’re doing and my love one seems to enjoy their visits. We did not have the same caregiver every time; they have about 3 different women. They do well keeping him company and they assist with doing some light tasks such as: folding clothes, vacuuming his room, and dusting spider webs. He also enjoys chit chatting with snacks and coffee with them. There were a couple of scheduling problems, but in regards with the care provided for my love one it was good.

We used FirstLight for about a week or two, and overall, I thought they were good, but I was hoping for more intensive care. I interviewed with the director, and I liked her. I thought she was really good, but I thought that her workers were more companion-like while I needed more of an aid for my loved one. They did some household tasks, but more often, they sat around a lot. I had to remind them to change my loved one and to do things like that. I would have appreciated more aid-like care. It just wasn't quite what we needed.

My mother's homecare has been overall pretty good. However, some of the staff is not as well trained as I would have liked. While the staff is genuinely friendly sometimes they do not interact with my mother enough and can be found to just be standing around during some periods. Overall though I would recommend Absolute Homecare and they have been very helpful.

I have recently been using this home health care company and I have no complaints of how things are going. The staff are on time to our appointments and make sure to always answer any questions I have for them. They are detail oriented and make sure that I am comfortable before they leave. Overall it has been a great fit and I am very happy with how things are going.

Efficient and suppliers good people – good follow up and great nurse ([Removed]).

This agency is easy to work with. Right now they are only coming out one day a week but I am working with them to increase the amount of time they can come out. They are extremely easy to get ahold of whether it be the caretaker who by the way is always the same person or the office. The caretaker is her always on time like clock work. She arrives with all that she needs to do her job very professional. I would recommend them we are extremely pleased
