They were able to accommodate our needs which were tailored to our situation. My wife was treated as family not just a client. We had several caregivers and all of them were excellent. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if anyone in my family has a need for their assistance.

Except for a few occasions the caregivers have followed our requests for keeping mom active and engaged. Overall this has been a great relationship.

Helios is a terrific home care agency- I used them for my own recent post surgical home care and they met and exceeded all of my expectations. They were able to set up 24/7 care coverage on very little notice, were patient with what proved to be unclear hospital discharge timing and were always available for texts and calls involving scheduling and other issues. My contact person - [name removed]-could not have been more pleasant, efficient and supportive. My home care aide,[name removed, went above and beyond to to address my varying needs, always in a competent, calm and caring way. She was also a wonderful person. She was stellar! Helios did a great job and helped significantly in my recovery. I strongly recommend them.

When my old coworker was sick, I referred him there and hi got excellent service. He later came back and told me he was paired with a nice nurse who made sure he was okay every morning.

Golden Heart Senior Care has helped us for the past two years with our Dad who recently passed away. We had consistent care with the same caregiver, and the owner was amazing. My mom needed assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and I found their information online. I called and spoke with a welcoming lady who listened to me as I explained my mother's condition and our specific needs. They later provided an aide who quickly became part of our family. At first, I would stay nearby to ensure everything was okay, but eventually, I felt comfortable leaving to take care of other responsibilities, knowing they would do their job well.
