We have had a great experience working with Home Care Assistance. [Name removed], our Client Care Manager, worked diligently to find a Caregiver that fit our schedule, needs and family personality. She also listened to our concerns and was able to answer all our questions. Our Caregiver started this past weekend, so we are in the beginning stages of learning how all this works. However, we are very happy with the results so far and feel that we have found a Caregiver that is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and cares about our Loved One. Thanks to [name removed] at A Place For Mom, who connected us with this agency, listened and helped us with multiple choices, while we figured out our best scenario. We feel we have landed in a place that will help our Loved One with her progressing Senior needs in a safe and comfortable fashion, allowing us all to deal with this new territory of aging from a place of confidence. It is wonderful knowing that we have choices and do not have navigate this alone.

Our loved one was paralyzed from a stroke and Magnolia Care Service has been taking great care of them. We could not have picked a better service. They are very hands on and they train their caregivers how to take care of your loved one in home. So if you’re in need of a service that you can truly trust to take care of your loved one or if you just need help with running errands. Magnolia is the care service you can depend on.

Their entire staff are the most caring and professional individuals and were so thoughtful in placing the right caregiver for my brother when he was ill. It was a hard situation for our family and they were able to turn things around and make a huge difference in my brother’s life. His caregivers were so sensitive to his needs, patient and kind. The Caregiver from Right at Home knows exactly what to do and goes ahead and does it when she arrives. She is prompt and will do anything that I ask of her. For my wife, they wash her, get her up, and get her dressed which is a big help since I can’t do it on my own. They help make the beds, sweep, and wash the floors. The Caregiver is very good with my wife, they take their time, and they don't rush her. They are very kind to her and they are easygoing. The office staff is also very helpful, if there is a schedule change or someone calls off, they notify me in advance and work on getting someone else out to help.

We have used Right at Home for a few years now and I appreciate how the caregivers take very good care of my husband, they always comes prepared. When I go out I feel safe leaving him with the caregiver and know he will be taken care of. Right at Home is very good about who they send, they are very attentive to all our requests. This helps me relax and do the things I need to do. Our Caregiver is helpful in any way possible, she will clean the kitchen and change his diapers and clean up his area, all while making him laugh.

Our family couldn't be more pleased with choosing at home senior solutions. We got them to help with dad's care and housework as mom was unable. During this time level of care and professionalism was excellent. As things progress, we needed to step up the level of care to around the clock at a moments notice which they were able to do without issues or hassles. Whoever came into our home treated the family with the atlas care and respect. Now that dad has passed, we have them coming in three times per week to assist mom around the house. Let me tell you she is not an easy person to please, but she couldn't be happier, and she has them do everything! That they have listed that they have to say they will do. As things progress with mom, we will need to step up the care again with her too. I'm confident we will receive the best care from their staff. Special thanks to their supervisor [Name removed], as she frequently checks in and the sisters the situation to ensure the upmost care is given and has even taken on shifts. With her extra care/professionalism and attention to detail puts this company over the top.

According to my father, they were all compassionate and caring when they attended to him and I am certain that if I hadn't met some others, this list would have been larger.

Senior Helpers saved us. My wife had been hospitalized for weeks and was paralyzed due to brain tumors. We were advised to leave the hospital on a day’s notice. A Place for Mom connected us with Senior Helpers and everything fell into place for us. First, [name removed] located and coordinated equipment and palative care for my wife in our home. Secondly, Senior Helpers provided wonderful and compassionate care for my wife In our home, which was very important to us. All of SH staff were so kind and sweet with her. They made her last days as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I cannot imagine how I could gotten through that time without them. I dearly thank the Senior Helpers for being there with us at such a difficult and trying time. May God bless them all.

Magnolia Home Care Service has been serving me mother for about a month, and my mother and I are still impressed with the care they are giving her. I am able to work and not worry about my mother because I know there is someone at our home keeping her safe. We made the right choice.
