They have helped by being able to get out and talk with my fellow residents and enjoy life. It helps to motivate me to be more active. They follow up and I like everything the caregiver does. The caregiver comes in and knows just what she needs to do and goes right to work.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been. When I needed extra help Synergy is the only place I would consider because they are incredible. I was really uneasy the first time that I left him but I thought it was heaven sent and couldn't believe how incredible the care was. The caregivers are wonderful because they are trained and they understand.

I like that they have been very helpful, supportive and I have never had any problems getting what I ask for. They have made my loved one's life easier by having an extremely caring caregiver. Whenever I call they make sure that my questions are answered.

My 98 year old mother-in-law is living in her home and was not wanting help. She has some memory problems that affect her ability to take medications correctly. She also had not been cooking as much nor as healthy as she should lately. Synergy helped us find a person to spend 3 hours per day for three days a week in her home. This care giver helps with reminders about medications, cooks a noon meal, does some cleaning and socializing during her time there. So far, this seems to be working well.

A Place At Home Caregivers, Omaha, NE took care of our mother for the last few months of her life. They were excellent, she was 92 years old and lived alone. She was very independent so we were very concerned when we realized she needed part time care which turned into 24/7 home care during the last month of her life. All of her care givers were caring , loving and went beyond our expectations on taking care of her physical and mental needs. I would highly recommend this organization and would certainly use them again if necessary for myself or any other family member.

Synergy returned my call/inquiry on a weekend night, and had someone in place to help our family member within 12 hours of our initial request. The owner seemed to recognize our concerns and understood the needs of our family member. This was phenomenal response time to help manage a difficult situation for the person who received care.

For three years Synergy HomeCare of Westchester has helped our centenarian relative remain in her home. The owner [name removed], the nurse, and his office staff are well organized, professional and caring. Billing and communication are seamless. They have taken the time to get to know our relative, working to match her personality and special needs with just the right aide. Every day from 10-4 one of the two aides helps our relative enjoy her days despite extremely poor vision and growing confusion and memory difficulties. She says that when the aide is coming, she knows it will be a good day. The aide prepares meals, checks on meds, helps with bathing and dressing, reads to her, keeps her engaged and, from our relative's point of view, becomes an extremely helpful friend, facilitating daily life in ordinary ways, with creative touches. The most important attributes are patience and competence, combined with loving care. We think of them as angels!

My mother has been a client of Comfort Care for several years. Her caregiver is so wonderful to her and keeps her busy all day long. It is so nice to come home from work and my mother is worn out an so happy from a great day. I appreciate the great communication between the office and myself. I could not have ask for better care for my uncle's last 3 1/2 years here with us... Elite was there for me and my Uncle. He just loved the aide that cared for him. Elite Senior Home Care has a wonderful system to help me when I needed them... I would hire them again if I needed a caregiver. In my opinion they are the best!!

Visiting Angels has truly been heaven sent! We needed help immediately and the owner came out to meet us within an hour of us calling. He was able to get a caregiver to us within a few hours and stayed with us until the caregiver arrived. All of our caregivers have all been very neat, clean, polite and professional. The care and compassion that they have shown has really made a big difference in our lives and has really taken the weight off of our shoulders. All of them seem to be very well trained and informed. [Name removed] at Comforcare has definitely found her calling. She is so thoughtful and caring. It's obvious she cares about her clients and their families. Although, we ended up not needing their services, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. Please understand our situation changed and that's why we never used the caregivers, it had nothing to do with the services provided. Caring for a terminally ill father is a very difficult and emotional time. I am forever grateful to [Name removed] and Comforcare for their assistance.

We are receiving in-home health care assistance. The two caregivers we are using on a part time basis are excellent, caring people, who genuinely like what they do. They are fun to be around with and do a great job with my wife, the care receiver.

We had Comfort Keepers of Plymouth mi. caring for my husband, for about 5yrs. I have recommended them to many people in need of home care for loved ones. Any issue that came up, during that time, were always worked out . They fit the caregiver to the patient very well. Their staff is easy to talk with and understands what the needs are. The caregivers are the best trained . As time went on, the needs for my husband increased, they would assess the situation, and make the needed changes. If I needed caregivers again. I would call them and trust that they would do a good job.

My coworker recommended Magnolia Home Care services, to care for my grandmother. She insisted and states the care and love they provide for her father in law, she would recommend this company to everyone. I must say I agree, my grandma [name removed] looks forward to spending time with her caregiver daily. [Name removed] is prompt, always smiling, and a pleasure to work with.
