My father has been receiving services as a VA client with Home Instead for over a year. We can't say enough wonderful things about this agency. The people we've had the pleasure to work with and get to know have all been so caring, helpful, compassionate, skilled, responsible and professional. This includes everyone--administrators, social worker and nurse, care coordinators, and especially caregiver. Clearly, the owner has put together an amazing team of sincere individuals who really care about what they do for seniors. My Dad's caregiver is so kind and caring and goes out of his way to engage him in conversations about his interests etc. We truly are grateful for the wonderful service Home Instead has provided my Dad. My daughter was in excruciating pain after a fall resulting in fractures of the sacrum and ribs. Requiring meticulous care, we had Canaan come over to give her a bath several times a week. [Name removed] provided compassionate service, giving her a bath/shower in our walk-in tub with the gentlest of touch and yet effectively thorough. When I came to Elite Senior Home Care a few years back, I had been working with independent care givers who were very good. However, my mother was getting older and in need of 24 hour care. I had to find people willing to work with my mother, who had been totally self sufficient and now was not able to do anything for herself. It presented a challenge to find those who would have a good rapport with existing care givers and could withstand the onslaught of criticisms from my mother during their first weeks on duty. Once my mother accepted them, lasting friendships were made. As you can imagine the task in hand was not easy for either of us. I recommend Elite Senior Home Care, knowing full well that they will make every effort to find the person or persons, who will work best with your loved one. Nevertheless I came to realize that "perfect person" sometimes takes a while to find. Elite Senior Home Care could not have been more patient and helpful throughout the last four years of my mother's life.

My father has been using ComForCare. The service has been exceptional. The caregivers are very good with my father, and he feels very comfortable with them. They've been excellent. He needs help going to the bathroom and with mobility in general, and the caregivers are very helpful with both of these things. The caregivers wake him up in the morning, weigh him, take his blood pressure, and help to prepare meals. They also help tidy up the house and, most importantly, they keep my father in good company and high spirits.

Great company! I highly recommend them, caregivers were all well trained. Owner is very hands on and makes frequent visits to ensure everything is going well, you can tell they truly care about their clients.

Right at home was a wonderful company that came into our house. We first met [name removed] and she really cared for the finding the right fit for our family and my mother's care over the past few months of her life. Wow; [name removed], our caregiver was amazing. She was very flexible with her schedule and provided care for my mother and helped my father as well. When not caring for my mother; she helped with doing light laundry, meal prep, making beds and being there for my dad when I was at work. I know that my parents were safe and well taken care of. I can’t thank Fresh P enough for their care of my mom! Wow! I called only a week ago and they had someone there in less than 24 hours! We were in a desperate place and they came through! What a great staff of caring and very kind people! Kudos to [name removed] and [name removed] for making things happen so quickly! We love every caregiver! We will be needing them for several weeks until we can move mom into a facility. I am so impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone!

Another nurse who works with the Elderly recommended I use Homewatch Caregivers. I am so grateful that I did! They first came to help my mom transition from being in a rehab nursing home after breaking her hip. She in her 80's. Before the pandemic, they were great getting her started for her day. Very personable and really cared for my mom. Now with the pandemic in full force, I can not go and see her as needed. They have stepped up their hours and have really helped her since she is so social and can't be with others. The owners and staff are so personable and helpful too. Please consider using this agent when your parents need it. They took care of us, and now they deserve the best!

Getting in home care was really new to us and our first experience with home care was with Right at Home. They’ve been great! Their were assigned to us from the VA and were very prompt and caring.
