I highly recommend this Accuaid Care. Witnessing my father lose his memory and slowly die was one of the worst experiences of my life. These people helped more than anyone. I wish that I would have known about them sooner. They treated him with dignity. Honestly. I am a single mom taking care of my father alone .

I would highly recommend Senior Helpers for persons needing extra care around the house. The folks that they have sent out to our home, do an excellent job. They are prompt and professional. They are kind and caring. Besides health and hygiene care for my husband, they do light housekeeping. This summer, I got a much needed break, and was able to get out in the garden and yard. Their office staff is very cooperative with their scheduling. I would like to thank [name removed] from A Place for Mom for helping me get set up with this wonderful service. Senior Helpers have been such a Blessing to both of us.

[name removed], is a wonderful companion to [name removed]. She helps me by taking on some of her care, like showers, breakfast, and laundry. I find [name removed] comes alive after a visit. It is great stimulation for her mind.

I live out of town, so knowing that there is someone there that is competent, knowledgeable, and caring for my mom is extremely comforting to me. I feel reassured that they have a caregiver there. The caregivers that have assisted my mom have been excellent. I think they are well screened and trained. They know what they are doing, and they are knowledgeable. The office staff at accuaid care are willing to answer my questions .

So relieved we chose this company to care for a home bound elderly relative. Professional, caring and responsive the whole way. The aides arrived on time and my Mom loved them. My family felt so relieved that she was getting the best care possible. The aides who came were as professional and caring as they come. Knowledgeable too and the entire operation kept us fully informed of my mom's condition. The response time for questions or concerns we had was exceptional. Lot's of home health agencies can learn quality customer service from this company.

Our objective is an aid 8 hours per day severn days a week for my wife who is recovering from a sub dural hematoma operation. We want aids who have pleasant personalities and are able to communicate with my wife as a friend. The aids also need to anticipate my wife's medicine and feeding requirements and adjust accordingly. Since the aids are "living" in our home, they need to be respectful of our- living space, friends, family members, and housekeeper. In short, they need to blend in with our family. It is inevitable that they will have problems with their cars, get stuck in traffic, etc. All we ask is the they let us know when they have issues and when hey plan to show up. With respect to nurses and doctors who visit us, we expect the aids to pay attention to the essence of what is being said and understand the nature of the next steps. Also we expect the aids to notice changes in rashes , sores and skin issues and alert us accordingly. In summary, we want to be ale to feel that the aid is bringing value and compassion to her job.

We have been using Accuaid care for 9 months, caretakers are truly excellent! Office is responsive to inquiries. I am totally satisfied with Accuaid care!

Right at Home Orlando is a wonderful company with great people working there. When my mom needed help with day-to-day activities, Right at Home allowed her get that help without moving into an as assisted living facility. Her two caregivers were healthcare professionals, who were trained to handle all of her needs. We couldn't have kept my mom in her home without the help of Right at Home.

I wanted to express my thanks to 2nd Family, from my first phone call with [name removed], Community Liaison, I was immediately but at ease as we discussed a customized care plan for my Dad, who had just suffered a stroke. She then put me in touch with [name removed], RN and The Director of Nursing. My Dad was being transferred from the hospital to a Rehab. Facility and we needed 24 hour CNA sitters immediately! We had not seen our dad due to COVID, since we were not allowed into the facility, so we were all very stressed. [name removed] knowledge, and compassion guided me throughout this difficult process. I was truly blessed to find 2nd Family. She was able to put together a team of CNA 's with 24 hr. care for my Dad, which is not an easy task, especially with COVID. The CNA's were also amazing, my dad was frightened and confused and it was a great feeling to know our Dad had people who really cared. They were always on time and interacted with my dad who was very much missing his family. They have a family portal which was a very useful tool, I could check that every shift was covered and gave us another layer of communication. I would not hesitate to use 2nd Family again, I can't say enough about them, they truly become a "2nd Family". Thank you all for what you do, you are truly a wonderful group of professionals!

Great agency, the people are all so helpful. I was discharged from the hospital and need a caregiver so I did not have to go to the dreaded rehab facility especially in today's times. The caregiver came to St. Joseph's in Orange where I live picked me up brought me home and now comes on a daily basis to help me with meals and things around the house. I feel such a peace of mind knowing that someone will be there everyday, she is so kind and I enjoy having her there. The owner comes by and checks in to make sure that I am 100% satisfied. I was uneasy at the time about having a caregiver but I can say this has truly been a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for some extra help.
