I’ve used multiple home care agencies in the past. Golden Year’s has what I would call a really “high ethical standard.” They’re always honest and willing to go the extra mile, even when it means working after hours. As for my caregiver, she’s a really a great help for me around the house. When you get old, there are things you can no longer do for yourself. [name removed] is awesome!

I wanted to share my experience with Golden Year’s of Elk Grove. From the first day we started services, I fell in love with my caregiver. [name removed] is compassionate, friendly, and always there when I need her.

The staff at Golden Year’s is wonderful! My mom has care in the morning, then again at night. I have two wonderful caregivers that are like family.That’s what I like best!

We just had 1 caregiver who didn't fit well with my sister, when I called the office to let them know they responded immediately and sent other caregivers that worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend their services to other families.

I was really happy with them. My loved one was not nice at all to the first caregiver they sent, because she thought she didn't need their help. But I was pleasantly surprised that the caregiver came back the next day and was willing to stick it out. There was one other caregiver they sent who was very nice and well. I thought it would take longer to get everything set up, but when I called them to set up service, they got somebody out to me the very next day.

It was a really good experience and we had no problems with Senior Helpers at all.

They were a lifesaver for our family. We had an emergency situation with mom and he was able to get us a caregiver within 24 hours while I figured some other things out. I would highly recommend their services to others.

My name is [name removed] and I was referred to Rehoboth Home Care Services by a friend. My mother had just fallen for the second time in a year and a half and this time broke her pelvis. She needed full on 24 hour care and they did the job seamlessly. Their employees are very well trained, likable, warm, and gentle individuals who really do care about the clients they take care of. The caretakers became like family to us and we still have one of them coming twice a week mostly for company as well as care because of the relationships that were built. Thank you Rehoboth!

I have nothing bad to say about them. The caregivers I've spoke to have all been very nice They give me calls all the time and keep me updated on what's going on with my loved one. It's a wonderful service, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The caregiver they sent was good. She was very friendly and efficient. And she was willing to help in any way she could.

Our family would use them on a random basis and not a weekly basis, and they have a 4hr minimum per shift which really worked out for us. Due to the randomness when we would call sometimes we would get a different care taker, but usually we got them same one and everyone was rally nice and friendly.

If you’ve never looked into home care before, it’s real tough finding a good agency. There are so many, you don’t know who to go with. After calling several other agencies and speaking with their representatives, I called and spoke with [name removed] at Golden Year’s. I shared with her all of my mother’s care needs and immediately I felt like I found someone who understood what I was going through. I felt as if I had gone to a therapy session of my own. My mom got the care she needed and I found peace of mind. It’s been a delight working with their friendly staff.

My father was in the hospital for almost a month. The discharge planner said that before he could be released, I would need to find 24 hr. home care. As you would imagine, I was frantic. I was given a few brochures of various local home care agencies, one of which was Golden Year’s. I noticed they offered 24 hr. care. I called, and immediately, they met me at the hospital to discuss my dad’s care needs. I was relieved to know they had caregivers ready to assist my dad coming home. They picked him up, drove him home and have been helping with his care needs ever since. I’m so glad I found Golden Year’s

Golden Year’s has really helped my mom recover from her hospital stay. We had home health come out to help with therapy and Golden year’s caregiver’s continued with therapy until mom was able to walk again without her walker. I couldn’t have done it without them. Thanks!

We have been very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend them.

They were very nice, very efficient, and very helpful. The people I dealt with were great, and everything was just wonderful, both this time around and also when I used them a few years ago. Things went smoothly until I ended services this last time - I keep getting bills, even though I have paid everything in full. And when I call the number on the bill, I don't get an answer. And then nobody has ever called me back when I leave a message.

We chose Amada Senior Care because they went out of their way to find someone who would work in a remote location. We went through 3 caregivers before we found the right one and they really stayed on it. The young lady who is helping my brother is doing a very good job and we are happy with her. I would recommend this agency to others.

My Mom was in a rehab facility after major heart surgery. The facility was understaffed and just not attentive to her needs. Because of Covid restrictions, I was not able to stay with her overnight. I asked [name removed] at Absolute Care for help. It was a Godsend. Within hours someone was able to come to the facility to help my mother with all her needs.. I thank them for their swift involvement in my mother’s care and recovery!
