My last care provider was not good so I went to Synergy.. The people in the office are great at answering my questions and scheduling our caregivers. The caregivers are very patient with my patient with my wife and care about her. Without these services I wouldn't have a life, they do so much for us. All the caregivers are very capable, there was only two of them that I don't want back in my house. Its been hard for them to hire caregivers.

When they come let me get out of the house which is helpful. I use them for basic services. I like that they work with me and are flexible. They get back to me quickly. They leave me alone for the most part. We look for dependability, common sense, and good communication.

I'm very satisfied with their service. When I need help they're available. I'm really happy with it and I'd recommend them to anybody. I don't get much service. I just have someone help me go to the store and do a little light cleaning. I like to have someone who is close to my age and can relate to so I can sit down and to talk to them. But they do the job. When I call they call me back. They try to do what they can do when my my caregiver can't show up. So far, I can't complain. We usually communicate, talk, and they help me with a lot of things.

I would recommend the company because they communicate well. They have provided aides who are able to do a good job. They help with daily living activities. The help with exercises. They let us know when aide is not coming and they always communication in advance. The aide has the skills and has a delightful personality. To ensure that caregivers pose minimal risk to clients, they should communicate to clients what to expect in terms of precautions they are taking.

We chose Synergy HomeCare because they were available on the weekends and our previous home care company wasn't. Synergy Homecare is very responsible and can have someone here all the time. They've made the experience positive by sending us competent caregivers. They do well as long as they have the proper training but sometimes they send caregivers that aren't properly trained. The office staff has been helpful by letting me know ahead of time if there's an issue and always answering my questions. I appreciate that they're willing to reassign caregivers if there's ever a problem.

It was one of several that came up and it came highly recommended. From the first interview, they cared very much about keeping customer satisfaction. My mother loves her caregiver. I haven't met [name removed] but I know from my mother that she goes out of her way to do things for my mom. There was a miscommunication on the billing and we had a large outstanding balance and they took care of it right away. It was important for them to resolve the issues. She is very helpful.

I like the personality of the caregiver we have. She is very helpful. We only use the caregiver once a week for a shower. The caregiver helps the client with a shower. The caregiver just comes once a week to give a shower. I like the caregiver's ability and she has a very helpful personality.

They are very good with my dad and very personal. They go above and beyond. They give better quality of life and companionship. They bath him, make sure he is dressed and shaven. They take care of basic hygiene. They walk with him, and provide companionship. They respond right away with me through email on phone. They are attentive, on time, and it's also the same person almost every time.

They do a good job of recruiting workers. They are very well trained and very able to do their job. The caregivers have helped by keeping me focused on what I need to do. The caregivers help me with bathing and dressing. They are helpful in letting me know who is scheduled to work with me on the weekends. The caregivers are always being empathetic to what my needs are and they are encouraging.

They were able to provide my mother with just one hour of care. They have the same caregiver show up twice a week, that way my mother is comfortable with the caregiver. The caregiver always coordinates with my mother to make sure the scheduled care time still work for her. The office staff always keeps me updated on my mother's care. The caregiver is very flexible with my mothers schedule and is always on time.

I had a family member who worked for them. They could maybe hire more people to fill all positions. We feel confident that my mom is being cared for and looked after in the way that we would care for her as family members. We all feel confident with [name removed] as her caregiver. [Name removed] is excellent and we've been fortunate to have her for almost a year. [Name removed] is also punctual which the other ones are not. The other ones are not as good as her. We don't always have the same caregivers, some are good and some are not as good. I like that they are usually quick with getting back to me even on a weekend or a Sunday. I like the new app that they have the clients using so that we can see who is scheduled to care for my mom for the next few weeks and where there might be gaps. We can let them know if we need more charting if needed. I've liked that the caregivers have had patience and compassion.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Golden Year’s staff. My family and me were overwhelmed with my dad due to his unexpected illness. Golden Year’s came to the rescue! Every caregiver who has been to our home is friendly, compassionate, and very helpful. I would highly recommend!

I am so very pleased with the service provided by Accuaid. Working with the owner to express my needs, she was attentive, positive and amiable. I expected the service to be as kind and friendly. My caretaker was exactly that. I look forward to her arrival every week. I have fibromyalgia and depression. My caretaker spends time with me and does the tasks I can no longer do for myself. So is so personable that I feel like my friend is coming over to help me. I have had in home service provided by another company in the past and was sorely disappointed. I can definitely say Accuaid is an outstanding service. The last time we hired an agency for home care, we had a bad experience with our caregiver. I think it was a personality conflict with my mother. Since then, we’ve been using Golden Year’s. The management team is fantastic, the care givers are so friendly and ours specifically would get 10 stars. The value for cost is great, and if a family was considering higher Allied Caregivers we would say absolutely go for it.
