Westminster Communities

There's always something going on at the tower and it keeps mom as active as she chooses to be. The apartments are really nice and the view is beautiful. Mom loves the food and table talk during lunch. Each unit has their own temperature control which is great for mom who sets hers at 80 year round. The other residents are active and interesting.

My dad is extremely happy there. Everyone made moving in and learning about the towers very easy. It's a very "Christian" based living facilities. Lots of Bible studies and options for church.

Westminster Memory Care unit staff are caring and kind. The facilities may not be as flashy and new as some others in the area, but the CARE simply cannot be beat. Isn't care and compassion the most important thing when choosing an ALF for your loved one? It is for me. I have peace of mind knowing my father is safe and cared for with dignity and kindness.

They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's difficult to find staff but I know they may be attending to other residents. Compared with other facilities I would recommend them. I hope they could implement more engagement/activities for residents with impaired vision.

I receive no care. I am independent and live in a villa. Very costly but worth the security of knowing if I need the care it is here. Yes I would recommend this community to other families. I am a true believer of coming in before you need help. It is a great place for independent living with lots of activities and friendly people.

Beautifully located. Wonderful local transportation. Friendly, active community. Onsite clinic has been great and the few days mom had to spend in skilled nursing went above average! Back to independent living and making friends in the dining room. Being seated with new people is a great option for residents at dinner time. Nobody is alone.

Hard to say about the activities as my mom doesn't do any of the provided activities yet. The building and grounds are very pretty and the front desk staff is very helpful. Mom's apartment is great and the food is very good

We have had good experience with the community. Sometimes it is difficult as a family member to make contact or receive responses from staff members but overall the community is a nice place to live that offers a lot of activities and opportunities for involvement for the residents.

We love it here and are very busy with activities. They are always working on improving the food when reading complaints and it has been better (they're working on more gluten free foods.) We especially like their international dinners once a month. I would like to see more help in the health center but this seems to be the same everywhere. They're opening up a new dementia unit which is supposed to be state of the art. Money wise it probably is comparable to facilities like ours.

What our family likes the most about Westminster Towers is the members of the community are warm and friendly to newcomers. The "Team Members" are mission driven and project a deep and helpful individual concern for residents,

The staff and circumstances were better than I could have imagined. I never felt thwarted in anything I wanted to do or felt was needed. We picked this community because of its reputation and distance from our home.

I definitely would recommend Westminster Towers to others! Most friendly staff, I could see myself living here.

My sister is currently a resident at Westminster Suncoast and everything has been great for her at this facility so far! The facility staff are all very caring. The place is very clean and my sister is enjoying the meals. The move in process was seamless. Sometimes it's hard to reach staff when we call, but I know they are busy. Overall, I think we made a good choice in placing my sister there.

All 5's but we've only been there one month before we came north for the summer. The community is expensive but the fact that they won't put you out if you run out of money is a big thing compared to other places.

All 5 stars. I could not ask for more. All of the staff are extremely nice and very helpful when needed. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are great! I would for sure recommend Westminster Point Pleasant to others looking for independent living.

Having living at Westminster Palms for 1 1/2 years, I have found such a contentment for I no longer have the responsibility of a home and am able to fill my days with all that I love to do. I never feel alone for all I do is walk but my door and there is always someone around to give you a smile. Although I am Jewish amidst Christian population. I feel totally accepted and loved. In fact, I even take the Bible Class so that I can learn more about Christianity and share my Judaism. Definitely made the right choice when coming to Westminster Palms

I have been a resident for one year and am so very pleased with this community! Relaxed, friendly, beautiful interiors and outside, located in the heart of downtown St Pete which offers lots of places of interest. A 'worry-free' environment for me!
