My Dad and I could not be happier with this place. They had a wonderful Christmas party last night that almost made me cry looking around the room at all the happy people made me realize this was the best place we could have found. [name removed] and [name removed] have been so wonderful and caring, they have been such a support system for us. I would very much recommend to anyone and have literally had my friends come see for their parents.

Visited my Grandma and had the best time all the ladies are so sweet. Total goals. They had such a good time and all the workers there are awesome they really care about the ladies you can tell. It’s totally fire

Our mom has been here for almost a year and after the move in she has been very happy. All the people there are nice, even the dining room and housekeepers. [name removed] is so helpful and has been there for everything we need. I would definitely recommend

My mom has lived here for years and it’s the best decision we ever made She is more active and has made really good friends that care about each other The girls in the offices are super nice and total angels, I don’t know how they do it.

I toured almost 20 properties with my mom and am so glad we found signature. This place has such a good feeling and the fact that they have therapists right there in the building that come to her apt has been everything. [name removed] and the whole team there are so great and really make the place.

My mom has been a resident for years and is very happy. She made friends immediately and said she shouldn't have taken so long to move. She loves the happy hours and all the staff there. Everyone is so nice and I've never had a problem with response time. Would highly recommend to other families in the north Dallas area.

Signature Point provides multiple levels of care including one building. A huge advantage

We really don't have any complaints and feel my dad is in a safe environment that cares for him. And he loves the food!! My dad said it felt like his people there. The price was a big part as well.

Parkwood has many amenities as the title suggests. Residents enjoy live music, crafts, ice cream social, and transportation to doctors within a short distance. Parkwood has many great things which includes great staff.

The staff was wonderful and yes, we would recommend Parkwood Healthcare to other families who may need their services for their loved ones

My mother is extremely happy at signature pointe! My siblings and I feel very lucky that "A place for mom "suggested signature pointe to us as a potential living facility for our 90 year old mom! She feels safe and very comfortable in her apartment and enjoys all of the meals entertainment and playing games and visiting with her many friends there !

[name removed] and [name removed], the wonderful coordinators, plan weekly events that bring joy, confidence, and routine to her days. The meals are delicious, and the nursing staff is kind, professional, and supportive. The aides consistently provide care with a smile, brightening every day. Parkwood truly feels like family, and I’m so grateful for the love and attention my mom receives here!

Have been with Parkwood Retirement com, for 6 wonderful years. The staff here do their very best to service all the vest of their abilities. Plan to reside here till it's time for me to move foe my last time!

Needed to find my 93 year old dad a place with 3 meals, 24/7 on site staff and a close distance from our house . Signature Pointe has exceeded our expectations in the care he receives, the fellowship he is having, and the wonderful meals he is now being provided. While they do have a car service to get residents where they need to be during the day, I do wish they had a bus and more outside the facility activities. But my dad is extremely content, and I do believe that moving him there has increased his quality of life. And for that, I am very thankful!

My mom needed Assisted Living so I looked for these things: her safety, good care, and an environment where she can be happy. Due to a fall mom needed Rehab care first and Signature Pointe is the only place I've seen that provides all levels of care. We spent a month in their Rehab and I got to see firsthand the level of medical care and custodial care that they provide and was very impressed. When released from Rehab we simply moved downstairs to Signature Pointe Assisted Living which was much less traumatic than changing places. The level of care is excellent and the food is pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it's clear they truly care about what they do. They treat their residents with respect. Mom is kinda picky but she is very happy with Signature Pointe and everyone on the staff. She's meeting other residents that say the same. The old saying is true: Mom's happy so I'm happy! Thanks Signature Pointe.

They did a great job, when we were looking, to make us feel welcome. The move in process was extremely easy. My mother's movers were able to get everything in easily in a couple of hours. The staff is all lovely. She is very pleased with housekeeping. Since she is in independent living, we do not have too much communication with them but when we have needed to in has been fine. The only improvements I could think of is maybe some more fun outings (they do not have a bus at this time, so outings are limited.) and possibly more/better exercise equipment and room (but would they really use that?!). It is taking my mother some time getting used to the facility and making friends as expected, but overall the experience has been very, very good.

Moving from independent living to assisted living is a big adjustment; however, the staff at Parkwood - especially Laurel - showed great patience and kindness helping my mother get settled. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving Mom comfort and me reassurance.

Visited 5 assisted living and memory care places and ended up choosing Signature Pointe for my mother. Signature Pointe is an all-in-one facility with rehabilitation and skilled nursing. I ended up choosing it not only for its location but for its staff and comfortable setting, i.e. dining area, courtyard, plenty of lighting, etc. The 1BR apartment had plenty of room for her furniture. Honestly, the apartments are a bit dated, but that's not what I cared about most. The staff for assisted living are all very welcoming, engaging and willing to work out the best path for senior adults to be in happier place. Talking with some of the residents, they seemed to be very happy at Signature Pointe. After initially moving my mother in, [name removed], the sales rep, went out of her way to help my mother transition from rehab at another facility to the assisted living floor. She sold me on how much they try to engage with the residents and provide the care they need. [name removed], the Director of Nursing, is very transparent, communicative and willing to discuss the best care plan needed for my mother whose both mental and physical health were unfortunately declining fast. It's only been less than a month, but I would certainly refer Signature Pointe to others as an option.

The location was very important to us. It's located very close to where she's been living for the past 20+ years, so a familiar 'neighborhood'. It's also close to my brother's office, so he can check on her easily. The price special they ran was what enabled us to be able to make the decision though. We felt the value for the money was very good. We liked the overall feel of this community already and when they lowered the monthly price, we wanted to act right away.
