I have a friend who lives here. Every time I visit her I am always greeted by I smiling face. The residents are out and about engaged in something. There have been multiple updates to the building and they continue to improve it daily. My friend is very happy living here. All of the staff is welcoming and willing to help anyone. I think this is a great place for someone to move to if they are looking for some help and find social engagement.

Staff is always very helpful. If I call ahead, they are happy to get GG ready for a day out and up front so I can pick her.

We are from Salem, so it really worked out better for us. All the workers are so friendly and really care about all residents. They have been helpful in getting us help to pay for our needs with him. The community is every friendly, lot of involvement with the local churches. And other communities organizations.

I want to thank [name removed]and [name removed]for all they doing to help [name removed]. The overall staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel at home i have not seen my sister happy in 6 years. I could not have picked a better place.

I love this place I just retired a month ago! I was scared at first not because of moving here just a new beginning ! The whole getting old and trusting people but I know for fact GOD sent me here! Comfortable and safe it is! They even help me with a little arts things that I had no idea how was I going to finish my move thank you Jesus and Plum Creek! I would refer to anyone! One week Thursday, Great. It's so great to be Back Home, and I love it. It's a Home where my husband and I got married here we where so proud living here. I have a very special thanks too All staff, amazing staff [name removed],Executive Director, cooks, [name removed] and all others cooks,and [name removed]Hr.,all cna's,[name removed],[names removed], and Am staff.Pm staff [names removed],pm staff cna's.And husekeeping,[names removed].Front Desk,[names removed],activities, and yes our nurses [names removed],and yes the ones who work never done,[names removed] the Fixer Guys... who is love all a special Thanks to all. My mom recently spent 6 months at High Point, prior to transitioning to a skilled nursing facility. The memory care center is newly renovated, spacious, and beautiful. The CNAs and nurses truly care about the residents, especially [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed]. The dining experience was excellent - variety and well balanced. I also enjoyed the family nights, which included arts and crafts. A big "thank you" to the Director [name removed], who personally purchased a few items for my mom since I am located 1.5 hours away. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

I appreciate the staff....they were wonderful to me and my Dad. The facility is quite nice as well. I am fine to recommend.

My mom has been a resident of High Point Port Washington for several years now and we are very happy with our decision to move her here. It is a smaller residence which makes it feel more like home. The resident rooms are spacious, and they have several common areas where the residents can meet to watch TV, work on puzzles, read a book, or just converse with each other. The staff has been wonderful, and they work with us to make sure my mom is given the best care for her needs. This place has been a blessing for our family.

My mom has been about of High Point (Asbury) of Kankakee for over 3 years. I am very blessed for the staff there, they take great care of my mom. I have never had any problems and she is always happy when I go see her. I wanted to share this with anyone that has to make this decision about their love one. High Point is a place you can be comfortable with to take care of your love one. They are willing to work with you and always keeps me informed. Having someone take care of my mom broke my heart but the staff at High Point was amazing and I knew it was the right decision. I recommend anyone to visit this facility if you are looking for place for a love one.

My mom has been at High Point for 4 years now. I love the place. They provide her with the care she needs whether she likes it or not, and she does not. She gets three meals a day in a lovely dining room overlooking a beautiful park like area. She can go outside and walk if she wants. She has a beautiful studio apartment with her own bathroom. Almost daily laundry service, they even fold and put away. There are many others there her age that she could go and hang out with. There are very nice sitting areas to sit and chat, other areas to watch TV. Another with a table for doing jigsaw puzzles. Every morning and afternoon there are activities for the residents to participate in. When I had to put my mom in a home I wanted the very best and I’m pretty sure I found it.

My Mom had lived at High Point Residence for almost 3 years. She was happy, felt safe, enjoyed the food and on occasion, the activities. She passed away in [date removed]. At the point the caregivers, staff and management really stepped up. My family and I were well looked after with organizing care team meetings (Hospice, social workers, nurse) and above all kindness. Well done, you were and are appreciated. [name removed]

Our experience has been extremely positive with great support from all staff. From inquiries to moving our parent into the facility, we have been very pleased with Autumn Green at Wright Campus. Both the facility and staff have been the correct and best fit for our family transition. The team is awesome and very professional. Great Experience!

I like this facility, the staff is amazing! The staff is friendly and very efficient I find that they go above and beyond for the residents. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space. My mother is very happy there.

When it comes to the care services we still need some time to know better though. The friendly staff, how they called to say how my dad was settling in, were understanding of his idiosyncrasies. The grounds and rooms, including activity rooms are nice. The residents seem polite, even if I haven't learned yet how friendly. The systems, like having medical service available, seem good.

Upon arriving at the Moraine Court Supportive Living Community, I was Greeted & Welcomed by the Staff with a lot of Enthusiasm, and was made Welcome, like a Family Member. I am being treated with Kindness and Respect by what is clearly a Quality, Well-Trained and Dedicated Staff, who truly Encompass and Practice on a Daily Basis, what I call and have been taught to me at an early age by my beloved parents. “C.E.R.S,” which stands for Compassion, Empathy, Respect, and Sensitivity-Sympathy! The Staff has truly Met and Exceeded all of my Expectations and then Some! I want the Staff to know that you are a Credit to your Profession, and You Should be very “Proud of Who You are and What You Do”! You have all become a True Extended Family to Me. I will never forget any of You! You are the Best of the Best at who You are, and what You do, and You will always be Part of my Life's Journey! May you be Healthy and Safe! May God Bless You! Went here a few days ago to visit my Great Aunt and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My Aunt is very happy with her living situation that it gives the family a peace of mind knowing she happy an comfortable

Great and friendly staff, terrific environment . Met personally with the activities director, very lovely, professional, informative woman. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions and even had some great suggestions to help aid me .

We have had a great experience with the staff. There have been a few things that have broken, like a faucet leak and an air conditioner not working. They were awesome! We never waited more than a couple days for a repair. The apartment is roomy, 2 bedrooms and it is very clean and cheerful, big window in the living room. Our brother has told us that he is happy there. [name removed] is the best! She loves what she does and you can tell. We are transitioning our brother into assisted living because he needs more care. Aria is helping us figure that out and the cost difference. They are just all about the residents. We have asked other residents how they like it there, when we encounter them in the halls, and we always get a very positive answer.

All would be a 5. We had a wonderful experience with Carriage Crossing Taylorville and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Based on the experience, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones,
