I was able to have an in person tour and I really liked this place, the staff were very friendly, and pleasant to speak with. It was a top contender.

Our loved one who is there likes it very much, she is doing well there and really finds the atmosphere to be very friendly. There are a lot of activities which is great, and we now have found out she is kind of the ring leader there which makes others gravitate to her and want to participate more. Our loved one really enjoys the fact that its next door to a senior center. We give this place a good thumbs up, and even though it is independent living they are always offering help especially when needed.

My parents are both here and I feel that they could be a little more organized. When my parents first moved in they didn't did not give all of the information needed, the keys were not ready and the oven was dirty. Overall, I would have I would have to say that the place is OK for now.

They have independent living here. There are really not enough activities. There are 4 days out of the week that we have nothing to do here, I have suggested that they hire an activity director.

We are very happy with Heritage Village Residences. Everything is good here at this facility. There is nothing that I would say that needs improving. It gets 5 stars all around.

We moved in Heritage Village Senior Living Apartments recently and have grown to really love it. The residents are all so nice and welcoming. There is lots of things to keep you busy. Also, right across the parking lot we have a free membership to the Hurst Senior Center.

Beautiful community. I felt is was small and had a nursing home feel. It wasn't right for me.

Firewheel Town Village was the first place we went to look at. We thought the apartments were too small, but the guy that showed us around was really good.

Our family had an in person tour experience and the guy who showed us around was very friendly, and we felt comfortable with the location. However there were only 2 room styles available in the style our loved one was looking for and they were overlooking an expressway and not a courtyard. Also they did not provide meals, it was not built in but the meals you could purchase were reasonably priced. Since our loved one is older we wanted a more stable system, but this place would be great for this 55+ who want a nice retirement with little to no assistance.

We toured this community. The units were small. My wife and i liked the staff team that were helpful. We would recommend this if you want a smaller unit to live it.

They used to have a small bus and driver to take residents on shopping and restaurant trips. This included groceries and other needed items. This was a big reason to move here. They just let the driver and bus go. They will no longer provide this great service. Lot's of senior citizens cannot drive. Too bad
