I really like it. They're great she's made so many friends. She's doing so much better. The food is amazing. The staff is just the most wonderful staff ever I have no complaints. She is thriving. She's been there two months.

My father is healthy and thriving at Unbridled Living. I appreciate the dedication and care they have for his wellbeing. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

We felt very welcome and have made many friends. We are impressed with the food, the staff and the many opportunities to mix with other residents. The location has many retail stores within a few miles. The same is true of restaurant.

The people are very friendly and attentive. The food is very good. There are many activities. I would recommend to others.

My experience here has been fantastic overall. The staff takes their time, answers questions thoroughly, and is always patient and willing to help. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. The community is very clean, although some of the carpeted areas are dated and showing their age. The residents are friendly and respectful, giving you space while also being quick to offer help when needed. The atmosphere feels like being part of a large extended family. Because this is independent living, there are plenty of services and amenities available, although it is important to understand that it is not a care setting. The food is generally very good, especially the hot meals, and special events are often celebrated with special foods. The dining program is currently going through some changes, and the grab-and-go options could use more variety and better hours. There are plenty of activities and events to participate in, although sometimes events overlap, and the available space can make it difficult to accommodate everything comfortably. Overall, I feel the rent is fair for what is offered. There are some areas that could use improvement, particularly housekeeping and some of the physical aspects of the community, but the helpful staff, friendly residents, cleanliness, activities, and overall sense of community make this a very positive place to live.

I am happy with everything here. The room size is just right for a single person. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.

The staff receives a 4 because of the new ownership company. Management of food has been changing frequently, quality of food declining. I still feel the place is expensive… and frankly, the prices they have on their food offerings is ridiculous in my opinion. I would definitely still recommend the facility to others. My parents thank me for helping them find their place every time I see them . There are just a few things that could use some improvement, but I think the new management company is working on the issues. My parents are really loving the senior life at their new home! It's been over six months now and they are very happy with their decision.

It's been great so far. People are very helpful and very friendly. Staff is very responsive and helpful in helping her learn her way around, activities available, maintenance issues, etc. food is great and the facility is very clean. Her 1 bedroom apartment is not huge but it is enough. She uses a walker and has room to maneuver except in the bathroom. The kitchen and bath are small but adequate for what she needs at this point. I feel much better knowing she does not have to cook or clean or change her own sheets. The residents are also very friendly and welcoming to her as a new person. Best of all she likes it there.

All the staff are very friendly, it seems very clean, the meals are served restaurant style, (very nice). My brother is in a studio, it is a bit small...I did see a 1 bedroom that looked quite large.

I like UcH Polaris. Food is really good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Price is right. I recommend it.

[Name Removed] has a wonderful staff that treats her like family. They are friendly & informative if anything arises that family needs to know. Unbridled is very clean facility & I would recommend them.

The attention given to us has been great. I think everything is great. My MIL apt is beautiful and just the right size for her.

The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The residents all seem very happy and engaged with each other. When the host family events, they are fun too.

I live at unbridle living in Dallas. I absolutely love it. I have a beautiful apartment. People are friendly and we have a good time here you ought to give us a try come by and see us. It’s a great place.

So far we are very happy here. We enjoy the people we see everyday and we have our best friends who live here as well. We enjoy the food- there’s a lot of option. It just needs to cater to diabetics a little better. I love it the staff are so friendly.

Living here is better than being home alone. There’s a lot of advantages and you can do whatever you want anytime. The people are great here! The dining options are a big variety. There’s always something fun to do.
