The staff does a wonderful job decorating for friends & family night. A festive & fun evening. Always great food, & wonderful entertainment! The residents enjoy the evening, especially w/ family or friends joining them. The staff works hard & puts much effort & thought into the evening.

My grandma [name removed] has lived here for years. She has enjoyed her time here and has been well taken care of. The staff is accommodating and attentive to my grandma and her guests that visit her. I would not want her anyplace else.

We visit Thelma for family dinner night and are very happy with how they prepare for the family. [name removed] daughters live in Florida and the one that lives here works on family night and is unable to attend. [name removed] loves us being able to attend this event with her.

The staff is wonderful, accommodations beautiful, services available exceptional, and living here has been a wonderful place for her. She is very well taken care of by everyone.

My husband is a resident at the Miller Place - The Miller place is clean, inviting, friendly, pleasant with great staff and aides. I have been very happy with the care and the activities that go on there.

My loved one recently moved into Kent Place and she loves it! The care staff is so attentive and accommodating. The food is great, and the building really feels like one big family. I fully trust all the employees with my mom's care, especially the executive director and health services director.

Clyde Gardens place has excellent care and services, excellent meals, Clyde Gardens makes me feel at home and safe.

I like activities that I join more, like painting activities, the food is amazing. I would like steak sometimes. I like it here.

Mansfield place is the perfect place for Mom! She needs to be social, cared for and not overwhelmed by all the big show of waterfalls and 300 people dining rooms. Those are great to visit but she needs CARE and someone to SEE her everyday. Reality is that she needs personalized care. That's what we are looking for. This is our Perfect place, great job Mansfield place!

I didn't know what to expect when we were looking for assisted living. When I toured the community, they answered all my questions and even gave me some others to ask. I appreciated the time and compassion and personal approach to treat us like a family. My Dad has looked at 3 other places but has chosen Mansfield Place! Thank you for treating us with compassion and care in this process. I could not imagine my Dad in any other place.

Beautiful building with home like atmosphere, staff made us feel comfortable and completely at home, treating us like family. They also supplied us with a lot of information helping us with an overwhelming decision.

My mom has currently been living at Trustwell for a little over 2 years. She has Alzheimer’s and has declined since she has been there. The aides and staff here are wonderful. They treat her with respect and dignity. But most of all they treat her with love! If I ever have a concern or question they address it right away. I am so glad I found Trustwell Urbana Place for my mom.

I knew immediately that this was the right choice. I had toured several places, all nice, but the openness of design and decor at Trustwell just felt right. The location is convenient for the family. My husband enjoys going outside to watch the deer.

Staff take the time to answer all family questions, and have a fairly quick response time. Family are encouraged to participate in all activities and meals with their loved ones. The facility is clean. and roomy. The facility offers a lot of activities for residents to utilize and enjoy.

I came for a tour to look for a place for my mom. When I came in everyone was so friendly and helped me to explain what I was looking for. When I walked around the building it smelled so good it was so bright and like I said everyone I ran into was so friendly. I am so thrilled with the care and attention my grandparents are receiving at this place. They have taken what has been a stressful overwhelming experience for my family and made it easy while guiding us every step of the way. The staff are warm and welcoming and you can tell the residents are well cared for which means everything. My grandparents enjoy the daily activities and even compliment the food. I would recommend Trustwell to anyone.

Very nice place they are currently updating the facility making it very home like. when we were there, they were having their monthly family night. lots of activity and families seem to be enjoying entertainment and time with loved ones. The rooms were spacious (we toured a 1 bedroom). the staff was friendly and engaged. This should be a great place for my mom.

We walked in and the place smelled clean. Open area with a pool table, then the dining hall that opens into a center courtyard. All rooms surround the courtyard in a circle. Rooms on the other side of the circle look out. The place is secure with alarms on the doors and a code to get in the front door. All residents wear a button necklace that they can push for assistance at any time. They have studios and one bedroom apartments. You can control your own heat and air conditioning. Every room locks with a key that each resident has for their room. Staff carry a master key. Meals are served at 8, noon and 5. Residents can pick from a menu a day ahead of time. Bingo is played after lunch every day. With prizes picked from a snack cart. Activities are posted a month in advance and are planned daily for residents to participate in. Once a week you can sign up to go out for a hour of shopping, Ross, Walmart, Dollar Store, etc. They can transport to doctor appointments. Private pay only
