I am so thankful for the referral to comfort keepers home. The house was very clean and didn't have any bad or disinfectant smells. It just smelled clean. They cooked fresh healthy food for every meal. It looked delicious. The staff was kind and loving and attentive and well trained. We were keep informed when there were any changes or concerns with mom. I have no criticism or complaints. I'm just very thankful for the kind loving care our mom received.

We are delighted in the care and love our mom is receiving. I would recommend them to others who searching for care for their loved one. The best possible compliment I can pay is that it feels like she is at home with loving people.

What we like the most about the community is that it feels like home and feels like family. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Comfort Keepers Home Care II to other families based on the experience so far.

They keep me posted on anything related to my mom. I would recommend them to others who may be needing home care services for their loved one.

We feel my mom is getting more and better care at a fair price compared to where she was before. I wish we had moved her much sooner!

Communication was great, cleanliness, food, products used were good quality. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to others. When I was there touring one day, one of the patients on her own told me how happy she was being there and that it was a good place to be.

My mom was always clean and well fed and cared for. The owner was always easy to get ahold of and responded right away with any issues. They are well liked and keep a good eye on everything. I would get pictures and videos of my mom from them in between my visits there. That was very comforting. I hope that your company will raise their standards on what is acceptable care for their loved ones.

The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. The staff is kind to all the clients and family members. I feel very grateful for their support.

They are excellent and all very caring. Activities are limited however based on the individuals.

My mother-in -law [name removed], moved into this home when she was in the later stages of Alzheimers as her care became increasingly difficult for our family to take on. The owners, [name removed] and [name removed] took care of mom far better than we could have hoped for. They always made sure mom was bathed, in clean clothes, well fed, manicured, and comfortable. Their home facility is within walking distance of mom and dad’s home, so it was super convenient for dad and family to visit and spend time with mom. We became very close with [name removed] and [name removed] as they took care of mom as if she were a member of their family. We will be forever grateful for the level of care they extended to mom and our family, their presence and help was truly a Godsend at such a difficult time in our lives.

The cleanliness gets a 5+. The staff are very empathic, communicative, they use quality products and foods, & they upkeep their furnishings.

The place my mom was at before got greedy and raised her housing a ridiculous amount. This forced us to look for a new place for her. So glad they did, as i believe mom is getting much better care here!

You need to know that Comfort Keepers have specific hours set for visiting hours.

I would highly recommend them and tell them their loved one would be well taken care of! We're very happy with Comfort Keepers!

Having to admit I could no longer provide the care that my aunt needed was extremely hard and overwhelming. However, I could not have put her in better hands. My aunt received wonderful care. She was always clean, had on clean clothes, was fed, and it felt like she was important to them. The facility was extremely clean and always had a pleasant smell. It made me feel comfortable knowing they were there to take care of my aunt the way I would. I highly recommend and cannot say enough great things about the owners and their facility.

What our family likes the most about the Comfort Keepers Home Care is that they get her out of bed and they have different activities to her benefit. My mother is being take care of a lot better than she would where she came from.
