Traditions Management

Everyone working there has been very nice. It was a hard transition for my grandma and wish they did something from the start to welcome her to her new home and meet the staff, or something like that. I would recommend the community to others.

The staff is great. We love the apartment size, activities and being able to keep pets is the biggest deal!! I would recommend to others.

All 5s so far. It's only been 10 days though. The entire staff have been so kind and helpful. [name removed] has been great at communicating with us about how my father in law is doing. He LOVES it there. He says the food is delicious. Lots of fun activities. For a studio, his apt is very spacious. The grounds are beautiful w flowers and wildlife. Residents are so nice.

I give it 5 stars! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The care, activities, food, cleanliness everything is great! My mom has a one bedroom apartment And the assisted living side which is perfect. I think the biggest thing is with her dementia. I know that she is safe and cared for. I would definitely recommend it.

Activity director is warm and fun loving. My mom loves spending time with her. The food is delicious. Mom enjoys the daily exercise program. She is busy with activities all day. After supper she is so tired she has no problem falling asleep. Mom has a studio apartment which she loves. It comes with a small refrigerator and a microwave. The community area and dining area is clean and decorated nicely. Mom says everyone is friendly and treats her nice. Maintenance man is Johnny on the spot if you have something that needs repaired or the thermostat needs batteries.

Very homey and welcoming. The rooms are nice sized. overall the facility seems very clean and the people I encountered while I was there were very friendly

The facility was all that others told me it is. I have two friend who have recently moved there and who like it well.

Neat, tidy, modern, friendly. [name removed](admissions) is extraordinary in the way she deals with the elderly and made mom feel very comfortable, listened to, and cared about

The apartment is 2 bed 2 full bath. After my parents signed the contract the company changed owners Five Star to Traditions. They live in independent living. My mom has fallen a couple times there in their apartment. Staff was there quickly to give aid. It was fairly clean when moved into.

I would give everything a 5 with the exception of food and activities, which I haven't used. For me it was a choice between Ottornblne and Traditions and there was very little difference. Traditions worked with me while I was selling my house and also was closer to the town. Yes, I would recommend the community to others, but it is difficult to compare as I have experienced living time at one but not the other, location was a big factor. I think it's a decision that would never be a wrong move,

I had a wonderful tour of Reagan Park conducted by [name removed]. It’s a very warm and welcoming facility. It says a lot when the residents react so warmly to Shai. You can tell there’s a lot of compassion from the staff to the residence.

I m interested in condos but did go into building and building is beautiful condos are amazing would love to live there

The staff is always outgoing and looks happy. You never see a staff member sitting doing nothing nor on their cell phone. They are friendly and attentive to guests and residents. Very engaging. The atmosphere is upbeat and bright.

Overall 5 stars. They did have some issues when management changed to traditions. Plus they had a fire in d laundry. So laundry wasn't getting done as frequently. It was a mess for a while but it is now better. Staff is good n helpful - at least the nurses are.

I think it’s a nice place. I liked how engaged the staff was. Only concern was the price. Trying to help manage my mom’s money for her care after working 40 yrs is not taken lightly. The director - [name removed] was fantastic and helped talk me through a hard time with my mom’s transition plans as she progresses with dementia.. I can’t thank her enough for that.

Dad has been pleased with the food since being transferred to the assisted living side. 7. "5". Not sure about the activities as I don't know if dad participates. 8. "4". The price is fair for the service provided. I was not impressed with the community fee to enter the facility. I really like the individual rooms for each patient. Nice size for one person

Everyone and everything was amazing. Unfortunately [ Name Removed] passed before she was able to move in. It was disappointing that none of her $ was refunded but the policy was made clear to her.

The staff are very pleasant and easy to work with. The food is pretty good to be honest. And they have several activities daily that Mom is involved in. Every facility has its problems and if I have a problem, I go straight to the top and it's taken care of.

Apartment size small, it's clean, staff is ok, the lady who works with them she's good, Dad said food is okay, activities ? I don't really know, it's clean. B+ overall.

Although new, Traditions is pretty full as far as independent living right now. Out of 25 villas that have not broken ground on, Only has 2 left not reserved. They seem to be the only one we have seen yet that includes everything pretty much in the monthly rent fee. WiFi, cable, landline, utilities. One and done fee. They are the only one that pretty much has in house ability to help age in place. Helps find the services needed and actually the company owns a Hospice company on site, Home Care skilled services on site, to cover a lot of what might cause move to skilled nursing. Was a home atmosphere in the cottages/villas, and people seemed super happy. More flexibility on meals times, etc. Super new so of course felt nicer than others.
