Everything was just as I expected. The rental, activities, and staff were all great. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely recommend it!

Pretty happy with everything. Food is good. Staff is helpful and nice. Room is very nice and clean. Only problem we have had is with his air conditioner not working properly for the past couple of weeks. Room has been 80 degrees. They did provide him with a fan. Not sure why they are having problems since it is a new building. Only open 2 years.

Very active community. Bright sunny people moving, talking, eating, lots action, events, clean, good food options, helpful staff, engineering maintenance people to help. Rooms are great. Big windows. A place where you would want to spend time and talk to people. Not like some other places that feel like end of life environments.

[name removed] I know made her mark at Thrive and while she constantly fought the fact that she didn't want to be there, in her heart she knew this was the place she needed to be. For more than two years the Thrive staff did an extraordinary job taking great care of [name removed]. It's difficult what you do and you all do it so well. Everything about Aden was excellent and beautiful! [name removed] was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining things thoroughly and kindly. We enjoyed our tour and will strongly consider this facility when the time comes to make a living decision with our mother. Aden was top notch in every way!

Staff is friendly and appears to enjoy what they are doing. My wife bedroom and bath is large/375 sq ft In memory care. Plenty of activities and food is good.

I was really impressed by the atmosphere. Everybody was so friendly and outgoing. You're always spoken to concerns are always addressed just the way they treat their residence keeping them busy and occupied. It's more like a home atmosphere you can walk in your greeted immediately the lady on the desk is just awesome. The nurse keeps us up-to-date. It's always clean. Well kept we have had a few issues, but they've been resolved fairly quickly.

A very warm welcome and wonderful visit. It is a very attractive facility and an extremely professional staff. I give it my highest recommendation.

It is a beautiful place and the professionals seem very caring. They have plans for a good variety of activities for memory care and that is good.

I really would advise them to speak directly with each. The best part of this facility is that the staff are completely interactive with the residents. They are all well acquainted with each and every one of them. They help as much as they can with anything that may happen.

All of these would have to be 5. Except I don't know food. Our friend is very happy there. He talks about the gatherings. The maintenance team are awesome. The new VP is very personable. The wall for veterans makes him feel very appreciated.

I've found, without exception, the facility/staff are geared to the comfort and care of the residents.

I never visited in person, but our cousins did. Going with my phone experiences and our cousins impressions I would give a 5 for 1-8. The staff and they said the facility was very nice too. My sister had a studio apartment then was moved to The Cottage when she went into Memory Care. Yes, we would recommend this community to others

Food not sure. Haven't tasted. [name removed] eats all of it. The community is like a family and we would recommend At Home Senior Living to others.

Immediately felt more like a home walking through front door. No smell. All staff friendly to us and to each other! Activities were happening with participation and Memory Care residents encouraged to join if appropriate. Lunch looked like home cooked! Impressed that skin checks are completed weekly and response time to Fall Prevention System in top 10%. Night checks documented every 2 hours, again Memory Care. Favorite Resident larger events occur. Administrative staff knowledgeable of various roles and respond to questions/concerns. Director seems very involved in all aspects and cares deeply as a nurse for elders for years. Very thankful for the care and hard work they all have given to create such a place. God bless. ??

Staff initially brought me in to have a conversation about my mother’s background and situation. They roughly assessed her needs and also talked about features of the facility and how those could meet her needs. I was taken on a tour and shown different room options and observed residents doing their different activities. Overall this is a nice facility and I was appreciative of the staff.
