The Opal Senior Living

My sister is a resident here and I visit several times a week. We interact with many of the other residents. They are just like family. The staff has been great to work with. If any issue does come up, it is easy to talk to the staff and get things resolved quickly.

Even with the administrator change. They've been great to work with, they serve good food, we had an issue with her room not being on a schedule to be cleaned but it was taken care of right away. Size of the room is also good. She has 2 windows because she's at the end of a hall. We like that its a small facility.

Our Mom has been at Belvedere for eight weeks now and we are very pleased with the care and support the staff and residents have given her. What a blessing to have a quality home for Mom to be cared for. Since Mom can no longer be in the comfort of her own home, this place is second best!

I have been very impressed with the care and attention provided by the staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely seems to care about the residents.

The community is beautiful, welcoming, and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I appreciate seeing how much effort they put into making their residents feel comfortable and included.

The place feels like its filled with magic. A lovlely bistro filled with lovely residents when you walk in. They are so friendly! I can't wait to bring my parents to Opal.

It is hotel style and does not feel like a senior living community. Very active with a ton of activities. We came during a sip and paint. Every resident had a smile on their face.

Everything is going well. The staff are very polite and kind. My father in law enjoys the activities and the meals. He is happy overall. The nurses keep up updated of his health condition.

This assisted living facility offers a variety of activities every day, the staff is supportive. The facility is always clean, bright and cheerful. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility for anyone considering placement of a loved one.

Coming into the community its normal to feel nervous. Then as I was shown around all my nerves went out the window. I am so grateful this building has the heart it needs to run properly.

Mom has been talking nonstop about how amazing the food is. I went to try it the other day and it blew my mind. Staff is so friendly to my mom. Im so grateful. I have no complaints Opal I know you will keep it up!

Walking into this community is the best feeling. It feels like a luxury hotel my parents could be staying at.

When I tell you the team here is amazing and the best I am not overexaggerating. I came here to tour and this review can not even express how impressed I am by the team being this great.

I toured with this community recently and was really impressed. I met with not only the sales director but also the executive director and the director of nursing. Even the chef stopped by to welcome me. It was so clean and smelled great. Music playing in their bistro and residents were so nice as well. Thank you for an awesome experience. My family has some tough decisions to make and The Opal just made them easier.

The whole staff are very pleasant and care about each resident. They are attentive to residents individual needs and show their respect. I have never witnessed a resident wearing soiled clothing. The facility is clean with a cheerful atmosphere. The meals from what we are told by my mother in law are healthy, taste good and presented nicely in the dining room. A menu is posted monthly in case someone would like to ask for a substitution on an item. Many activities are posted for anyone to join and encouraged to join. The rooms are spacious enough to fit individual needs with 1 bedroom apartment style and studio sizes.

I have had a limited experience. All I can say is that my brother-in-law is happy there, with no complaints .

The staff was very helpful and tried to keep everyone busy. I don't know about the food. The place was very clean but some of the doors were bad. The rooms were quite big. I would recommend Hampton Manor Belleview to other families

We have been very happy with [community removed]- now Opal at NPR. What stands out most to me is the staff is caring and attentive, the facility is clean, and my mother has been well cared for. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and has given our family peace of mind.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. My husband beams when he sees the girls that take care of him. They have all been more than kind to both of us. There are days when things aren't perfect, but then neither is life. I would not even consider moving him from Hampton Manor.
