I was very pleased with what I saw while I was there doing the tour. The person that showed me around was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got to see one of the activities the residents were engaged in and it seemed to me that they really enjoy being there It is a very nice place. Staff members were also very friendly. It’s very clean and inviting place to be.

The staff is very helpful, there's always some activity going, food is good with a diverse menu, common areas are always clean, housekeeping on Monday for our 1 bedroom apartment.

It's a very nice facility, my mother's room is very nice and good size for her. The place is kept very clean, we have an issue with mail box's being delivered to my mother's door, I have put on the instructions for the box's to be delivered to room [removed] door, it's only happened a few times, the staff will not take box's to her door so we have to wait for family to arrive snd deliver the box's, box's are delivered every two to three week, I'm sure we can work out a solution to this. The meals are great, no issue with them. I would definitely recommend this facility,

At Juniper Glen the staff are very friendly and helpful to the residents. They have a lot of patience and treat residents and visitors with care and respect. I have never tried the food but the residents say the meals are very good. Juniper Glen is very clean and well cared for with updated decor. My brother's room has a private bathroom and 2 large closets. He is able to have a comfy reclining chair and tv. It is more than enough room and is private. It overlooks a nice outdoor garden area. Everyday is full of activities which helps keep residents engaged and feeling like part of a family. They also take residents out for a fun day which might be a restaurant or a mystery cruise. Overall I would give Juniper Glen an excellent rating. Your loved one will be safe and cared for in the way they deserve with love and respect.

The staff is so friendly and kind. [name removed] truly went above and beyond. The amenities are out of this world and the facility is brand new.

The staff is amazing. Super kind patient and very helpful. Many activities to participate in daily with a minimum of 5 ea day. Very clean. Someone was always on the floor cleaning rails carpet counters etc Studio was nice size and newly renovated.

I love this community. Unfortunately, we lost five key staff members recently, but the skeleton crew worked over and above to help everyone. Many residents also stepped forward to help neighbors and put on activities since we lost our activity director. Things are coming back together now, and working through that period was incredibly bonding-a true tribute to what active seniors we have here. The most outstanding feature is the creek. My room is one of the smallest on the ground floor, but I keep my door open to my patio and feel like I live in a palace. The food is great with endless variety, and I even have to ask for half-orders so I don't gain weight! The staff fulfills almost any special request, and all kinds of activities keep me very busy and happy.

The most positive aspect of Hammond Glen is the wonderful social life & people--both the other residents who are most welcoming & the staff from Executive Director [name removed] to Community Development [name removed]to Activities organizer [name removed]. Also the dining room servers are really caring & the food is pretty good. Too much of it, but many alternate choices are always available. From the first day I was able to attend Catholic scripture study in-house, chorus & poetry events--all ongoing & fun.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. The staff has been friendly, caring, and responsive, and we really appreciate the attention and support they provide. The activities have been a nice addition and give residents opportunities to stay engaged and social. The food has been good, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The room/apartment is comfortable and provides a nice living space. Most importantly, we feel that the staff genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. We’re very happy with the overall experience.

Just that we are completely satisfied with our choice of Waterford Terrace. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

We love Dunwoody Pines. This is a much nicer place than anything we ever imagined. The staff has been very welcoming and accommodating, and we really appreciate all the amenities here.

5 on everything. The rooms are of various sizes and prices One bedroom with living room kitchenette typical. Excellent meals in the dining room or delivered to your room if you request it.

My ex Wife [name removed] took a tour with [name removed] I was uptown in Cartersville and had a doctor apply. [name removed] walk around with [name removed] and [name removed] at the end of the tour. [name removed] and [name removed] both had big smiles. Price was the issue and next thing they said was we have a deal for our % 1 customer Thank you [name removed] hearing my needs at this time

Even though my mom was only there for a week before she passed Whitetail was great in every aspect.

The Continental is bordered by the Greenway, and the grounds are very pleasant indeed. Upon entering the main building, there is a very nice "living room" feeling, with a baby grand piano and a sofa and some chairs to the right, the desk to the left, and ahead, behind a planter/divider, the dining room, set for the next meal. A visitor walking around gets cordial greetings from residents and a smile from the gym attendant. In the Library, it looks like an activity has just ended and several residents are engaged in conversation. The vibe is casual but purposeful, relaxed and friendly.

5 everywhere. [name removed] is wonderful but she could do a bit better for returning phone calls. Staff seems to be excellent, same with food, based upon reports from the tenant. Facilities seem up to par.

My mom really liked that the property was a newer build and that each unit included its own washer and dryer. The pricing was reasonable, and the property was clean and well maintained.

The facility was clean and cared for. [name removed] was very thorough in providing information. So far it has been more expensive than the others we've been interested in.
