Staff great! love activities! Food very good! room is great and so is cleanliness! My mom has told us every day how much she enjoys being there and that she wished she had done it a long time ago she said there's nothing to say bad about it. Everything is great my sister and I from the beginning to now have had nothing but great experiences with [name removed] and [name removed] they have been very prompt, nice considerate and wonderful to all of us and we all are very happy with everything and my sister and I both say the same thing. My mom has said that we wished we had done this sooner.

I really enjoy life here. So do my two dogs. No dog park, but the Pointe has two great gardens with cement paths that my dogs enjoy. As for your questions: 1. Overall experience. I found this place to be exactly what I wanted. I did not like the rather austere look to the outside, but the inside is wonderful. Every apt looks out onto the inner garden. 2. Cleanliness. The public area is cleaned daily . Our rooms get cleaned weekly. The ladies do a great job. 3. Friendliness. Most of the folks here went out of their way to introduce themselves. 4. Quality of care. Many folks here have a problem of some sort, but this is an independent living place. Lots of folks have aides come in to help them. There is a physician's asst that takes appointments. Also, there is an office with therapy for residents who need it . I use the service to strengthen my legs. 5. Admin. They are helpful and cheerful. When I could not figure out my bill, the gentleman who handles bills took time to explain the bill to me. 6. Food. I am happy to eat most foods. I think the food offerings are great. 3 main dishes at dinner. A side menu has many other offerings such as hot dogs, hamburgers , and now plant based food for those who want it. Activities. Very active. Bus rides to stores and doctors appts. Special trips to plays in the area. Self pay. There are chair exercises, movies, fun times several times a day like Bingo, games, Friday music in the bistro, informational groups. 8. Value for the money . I think it is very affordable . I googled many senior living apts and asst living. I am happy with what I pay compared to other places. Again, I am glad I found this place

The staff are very friendly and have been helpful when I have had questions. My 93 year old dad has said he likes it there. He doesn't partake in many activities but they do have a lot if he chose to. His apartment has always been clean so they do a great job with housekeeping. Very happy with my choice for my Dad.

Hunt Trace has been a true blessing. The room is nice sized with it's own bathroom. The music, celebrations, and outings are great. There's always something good going on there. Most of the staff is kind and helpful but we have had problems with one particular nurse. I was able to resolve it quickly. They keep me updated about any changes to her care and communication is excellent. If you can get a room here it's a good thing. Yes I would recommend

Everything has been EXCELLENT!

Aspens is exceptional for the price. The level of care is comparable to places we have seen that cost twice as much. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. They handle complicated situations with residents with patience and compassion, often doing their best to redirect someone who is confused or upset toward a more positive activity. The activities are thoughtfully catered to the residents’ individual interests, which helped my mother-in-law make the transition much more smoothly. The apartments are kept clean and comfortable, and residents are encouraged to decorate their space and make it feel like home. The rooms are smaller than some of the other options we considered, but the size is manageable and, overall, we feel the quality of care and attention makes Aspens an exceptional value.

I would honestly say 5 to all of the categories. My parents are genuinely happy. I had 1 concern (getting my parents on the actual schedule for help bathing), but once I stepped in things were remedied immediately. My parents were trying to address it through the nursing staff. I went directly to the executive director. My parents have formed a solid bond with many of the nursing and dining room staff, and are scored to introduce me. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and honestly puts my mind at ease to see the rapport. I thought my parents would have a difficult time going from a 3 bedroom brick home on 5 acres to a 2 bedroom apartment in the city, but I was wrong! Their apartment is very spacious (2bd/2ba) and thoughtfully laid out. Attention to detail is evident, though I do wish the lower kitchen cabinets were drawers instead of cabinets.

I recently had a tour and as we were sitting there I was convinced we would acquire a room for my mom. I loved that it was cozy and not too many clients. The drawback I found was the size of the rooms for the clients. I know my mom would not have preferred such a small room. Otherwise everything else was a winner.

I was very impressed with the Point in Stuart. The rooms were a really good size (very comfortable). The food menu was great, plus the Cafe had snacks available all day. A separate dining area was available for family (visiting) dining. You could also have your meals brought to your room. It was very clean and great activities and entertainment was available. It was awesome for assisted living. There was some limitations for full time care.

I find the staff and management to be very attentive and accessible whenever I need to meet with them, or just have questions answered. The food seems to be fine. My sister in law hates everything so she's not one to ask. Cleanliness is good. Laundry services are good. The room size is adequate (my SIL is in the Memory Care section. ) They're very patient and calm. My SIL has not been an easy client. I'm not really there when they're doing activities, but they tell me that my SIL is finally starting to participate.

Arbor Landing Assisted Living in Pawleys Island has a warm and bright atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The community is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff helps create a friendly, caring environment. It feels less institutional and more like a place where residents can truly feel at home. A beautiful setting and a very positive overall impression.

I give all 8 categories a "5". It's an awesome place. I have put my husband there in the memory care section. From the minute I walk in, I felt comfortable. My husband's in the memory care unit. There are no dead end halls. The common area is in the middle of a circle. If a patient gets lost, he/she can keep walking and eventually get back to his/her room. All the rooms have windows for natural light. Everyone has been helpful, kind and patient. The Colonnade is going through a major renovation. Most of the work is done at night. It's going to be beautiful.

Colonnade was a very nice place. Clean and many social events. As a result of their evaluation of my wife they did not offer us an opportunity to be part of their community.

Our tour was very thorough. We had a chance to talk with staff and some residents. We were shown vacant, as well as occupied, studios and apartments which was very helpful in visualizing what it might be like to live in the space. We were shown the common areas, i.e. dining room, multi-use spaces, laundry facilities, medication storage, etc.. We were especially impressed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the facility.

Staff was mostly really great. The reason we left was because he is difficult and did not think he needed to be there. But he did get better. I would recommend the community to others.

The staff that actually took care of her were wonderful and my Aunt loved the all. They kept her clean. The hospice in that area were amazing and treated her well.

We are so grateful for how warmly they welcomed Mimi and made her feel as though she had been there for years. They did such a wonderful job helping her settle in and making the transition comfortable. The staff is always so friendly, caring, and helpful whenever we visit. Her room is consistently clean and well cared for, which gives us great peace of mind. We truly appreciate everything they do to make Mimi feel at home.

Our overall experience with Trevi has been excellent. The staff are very friendly, and have gone above and beyond (at times) to communicate with us about my dad's situation (has had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's). At my last visit (May), I would say that the lunch portions seemed significantly reduced from our first visit (February). But, the service seemed faster, which was a plus. We have been thoroughly pleased with the services at Trevi for the low price and we would recommend the community to others!

Sunflower Springs was an exceptional facility in comparison to the other 2 facilities we had my mother at over the past 10 years. She was met with a caring staff that constantly went above and beyond.
