I toured The Enclave before bringing my Dad for a visit. I knew the friendly, social environment was exactly where his personality would fit in, but wanted him to make his own decision. He toured the community and was invited to attend some activities. We also talked with current residents. My Dad really enjoys his apartment, the people and amenities at The Enclave! The residents and staff are genuine, kind, fun and very helpful.

Really a beautiful property that took great care of my father in his last years. VERY friendly and helpful staff, often going "above and beyond" to help keep his life happy and comfortable. Plenty of organized activities to bring people together, good food, and regular surprises like the occasional party or barbecue. The Gardens has a big library, huge pool, exercise and PT facilities...altogether just a great place for my Dad.

My father-in-law moved into Westview in the spring of this year and has nothing but good things to say. The apartment is spacious and private and the nursing care is phenomenal. The therapy department is equally as caring and awesome about communicating with our family. We love that the nursing personnel are consistent and so caring and so is [name removed] who handles all maintenance issues. Initially [name removed]'s only complaint was that the food was not so great but a new chef was brought in and he says the food is really good now!

I would like to score everything 5 stars but we have had just a few issues with the way my mom's apartment has been cleaned. I do believe that during that time there were some issues with staffing and that has been remedied. The activities are varied and inviting however my mother refuses to participate in them which I find disappointing. I am sure she could benefit from the social interaction the activities the activities provide. Overall we are pleased with Lombard Place.
